This is scary

So ever since March last year, I've had a swelling and just general discomfort under my left rib cage and just all around it and whenever I dance or run it cramps up and it also gets PAInful around my period

And my mom mentioned in the car earlier than I could have Diaphragmatic endometriosis and I've done my research and it seems very likely

I mean, I've had pain in my chest since March last year but it's caused by my anxiety disorders and other diseases but it could be adding to it

LIKE I'm supposed to get my period in like 5 days and it's just been acting up and I don't know what else it could be

And my back also hurts like shit and my chest is hurting really bad as I type this

I have so many problems lmao
But this one is concerning me the most

I'm kinda used to the chest pain though because it's always there because my anxiety is always active
Like I don't know why but it spiked up in October and calmed down in January and now my stress levels have gone from like 10% stressed to 97% stressed
It's so bad
There's just a constant heaviness over my body and my mind is such a sludge that all I can do is cry and I'm super lethargic because of it, for anyone who doesn't deal with anxiety and stress on the daily, it's absolutely draining

I can get a good night's sleep and then have a panic attack that lasts 30-ish minutes and I'm done for the day
It's horrible
But you just have to learn to be easy on yourself, even if you had things to do that day, you just have to relax because if you don't, you could have another anxiety attack.

Man, I used to wake up every night with an anxiety attack

It's like I would jolt from sleep and immediately feel as if I was going to blackout and I would start sweating and hyperventilating to the point that I could feel my heart painfully pounding against my chest and sometimes all I could hear was my blood beat inside of my ears, it's horrifying. I always have a feeling of impending doom, and it's like you get caught up in muttering "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die," over and over because IT really feels like you're dying. And then the water works start and I would just sob until my whole body was shaking and my teeth were slamming together painfully because they were jittering so goddamn hard. I swan, sometimes I had to get up and lay on the floor (I don't know why but it made me feel bad to stare at my ceiling) or sometimes I'd get up and pace.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AFTER HAVING A PANIC ATTACK AT NIGHT is to drink water afterwards, IT REALLY MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER plus it helps after you've cried an oceans worth of tears and also GO to sleep right afterwards when your calm because your body really needs to recharge.

BABY TAKE ME TO THE FEELING
sorry that song just came onto Spotify
ILL BE YOUR SINNER IN SECRET
WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT

I don't know where this went lmao but hopefully I can go to the doctor or something !!
