→ Sleep Deprivation

I've been getting only 3-7 hours of sleep for the past few months and that is NOT enough for me to run off of.

My head hurts, I'm miserable, my moods are wILD, my vision is bad, I'm dizzy, I SEE THINGS AND MY MEMORY IS SO SHITTY.

Every time I say "I'm gonna fix this, I'm gonna go to bed at 12" I NEVER DO IM UP TIL 6 IN THE MORNING.
But I'm actually going to really try and I'm gonna have to put my phone out of my room so I don't get tempted to get on it because that's what keeps me up.

my mom is actually pretty sleep deprived, she says she's been that way since she had her first born, she just never gets more than 4 hours of sleep, plus she's an insomniac so :((

I'm just gonna hafta to get off electronics by 10 and get to bed by 12 because shit man I feel shitty all the time and I'm tired of waking up at 3 in the afternooN.
