Adorable couple Ian and Skye Somerhalder have finally revealed their wedding photos. Brides magazine managed to get all of the exclusive details about the couple's top-secret nuptials, and have shared some beautiful pictures from their special day.

"We really wanted our wedding to be small, intimate, and about the two of us," the brunette model turned actress told the mag.

The couple hired wedding planner Andrea Freeman to create their perfect day at Topanga Canyon in Santa Monica. They just knew that they wanted a low-key vibe that incorporated their combined love of music festivals.

"We wanted a Louisiana backyard-barbecue feel, with food stations and a dance floor for our closest friends and family. It really was all about the food, the dancing, and the love."

Talking about her lace wedding dress designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, Skye said, "Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she an amazing designer, but she has the most wonderful energy. We were on the same page from the moment we met. As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted her to design the dress. She did Princess Kate's. If that's not a selling point I don't know what is."

The cake, meanwhile, was customized with a nod to Ian's Southern roots. The three-tiered red velvet confection by Vanilla Bake Shop was decorated with a soft white buttercream frosting, and embellished with pink and green flowers.

The music featured throughout the day came courtesy of some of the biggest stars in the business.
To start, Skye walked down the aisle to an acoustic guitar piece played by Vamp Diaries co-star Michael Malarkey. Then the couple were treated throughout the evening to songs from friends Adele, Sam Smith and Justin Timberlake.
Judging by social media posts from various people in attendance, the song which was chosen for their first dance was 'This I Promise You' by *NSYNC. The band, famous for songs including 'Want You Back', 'Pop' and 'Girlfriend' DID reunite for the occasion.
Skye was so excited about bringing all five members back together, that she posted this picture to her twitter page in the days following the wedding.
