Request #9: Couples Counselling gone very wrong (Jason)

Your POV 

"Babe I'm going out with the boys. I'll be back before 2 " he yelled coming down the stairs as  he pecked my lips " love you" I said reading The Outsiders (honestly one of my favorite  books ever) " love you too" he said grabbing his keys " be safe" " I will" he replied as he locker the door.

About an hour later I noticed that grew super tired so I got up and did might night routine and went back to the couch and continued to read. Before I knew it I was fast asleep.....

Jason and I were going to see my close friend Jenna for  couples counselling due to the fact that he's been cheating on me. Now I don't take back cheaters but you have to understand that if you're considered to be his, you're never gonna get someone else. He claims you like property and it bugs me. My momma always told me that "if he don't treat you like a queen you are, find yourself a real man who will."

I'm not saying that the man with the coldest heart doesn't feel because when he comes to me, I'm always number 1, however I  am saying that he feels that he needs more to fill the emptiness that was caused by Alex's death.

I've tried numerous times to leave him but he was always one step ahead of me. It took me a lot of time to trust him to the point that he's at right now and since I'm such a forgiving person I told him that if he stops cheating and sees a councilor with me that maybe, just maybe,  will I consider getting back together.

To spare you guys the unimportant details, lets fast forward to some results and the good parts. Not only did the counselling help but he stopped coming home smelling like perfume. Today Jenna called only Jason in to see his quote on quote "progress" and me being the amazing girlfriend I was, I decided to go.

When I arrived, I went to the straight to the elevator and went to the 6th floor. When I got out of the elevator, I walked straight to the her office,opened the door and saw something I would have never expected to see from both of them. Lets just say that I can never look at either of them in the same way again.

" B-Baby It isn't-" " boy If you finish that sentence you'll be in more trouble that you're already in" I said walking to my now ex friends and slapped her so hard, I probably left a mark and did the exact same thing to Jason. I ran out of the building and wasn't paying attention and found myself in the middle of the road. The last thing I saw was head lights....

I woke up to Jason shaking me lightly "Baby" he said rocking me. I felt tears leaving my eyes as I just realized that it was all just a bad dream. It felt so real. "Let's get you to bed" he said as he carried me to our bedroom and placed me on the bed. "Jason you would never cheat on me right?" I asked him sitting up on the bed as he walked out the closet just wearing his shorts. He sat beside me and held my hands " I would never cheat on my Queen. You mean the world to me" he said looking me dead in the eye. He got up once again to brush his teeth and we both cuddled until we fell asleep.

From that night on I knew that I found myself a real man

I have a lot to be thankful for and he's just one of my greatest blessings

I know that many don't get to live that fairy tale ending that we all dream of , but I'm happy I got the chance
