Since there wasn't any calls from my legal department I thought that she gave up the decision to approach legally. Ofcourse that's good for her because even if she move legally she will definitely loose , this kind of cases are just a peice of cake for my lawyers.
Suddenly I heard someone knocking on my cabin door and it was Karan.
" You are not ready yet ? " He asked me with a doubtful expression.
" For what ? Are we going somewhere? " I asked casually.
" Wowww, so you forgot it again. We are going to US , remember ? " He again gave me a hint.
" Oh yeah , I really forgot it. Raheja groups right ? What's my schedule ? " I asked him.
" Day after tomorrow a meeting fixed with Mr Raheja and at the same night we are invited for a party by Mr Raheja. Both are very important to attend since invitation came directly from Mr Raheja. " Karan explained my whole schedule and he looked at me.
" What about Rajveer ? Whether he is joining with us ? " I enquired about Rajveer's schedule.
" No Rajveer sir won't be attending he already have many other appointments plus he will be attending two three other meetings which you passed to him " he replied
" Hmm... ok then I will attend this alone we can't ingnore Mr Raheja's invitation. He is very important client for us. What about the information I asked you to collect ? " I looked at Karan with a knitted eyebrows.
" I enquired about it and the information was correct. Mr Raheja is planning to expand his business to India. Every other groups are trying hard to contact him but till now he doesn't give any positive reply to any one . This is a good opportunity for us " Karan replied with a smirk.
" I know , but it's really hard to make him convince for anything especially when it comes to business. Even if it's a single project from Raheja groups , consider that we hit the jackpot" I said while rubbing my temples.
" Rahul there was another rumour roaming around " said Karan and I looked at him to go ahead.
" Raheja groups are planning to sell ¼th of their shares . It's not officially declared yet but still chances are high" he replied.
" Wowww, that's amazing. What do you think we have any chance ? " I enquired
" You are good at business not me . One thing I want to say is that he won't sell his shares with pure business mind . He will sell his shares only with those whom he is comfortable and feel good. To be more frank selling will be somewhat based on personal relationships. Now you tell me do we have any chance ? " He bounced the question towards me.
" Chance is less. But I have an ace card with me but I don't know whether I have to use it or not ? Let it be I will decide once I attend their party " he smirinked at Karan and he reacts back with the same.
Karan , me along with my bodyguards we headed to US in my private jet. By tomorrow we will reach there and day after I have to attend the meeting and party both are really important for my future also I am awaiting to see someone , whom I never seen for past 22 years which I called as my ace card.
One day later
Night party at Hotel Grand Mercure , night around 8 o clock
" Party is really something , throwing money on each and every thing like it's kind of water or something " Karan said sarcastically while sipping some cocktail.
" Ofcourse he has to show his standard . Karan drink something good like a man stop being like a girl " I mocked Karan because he was only having mild cocktails.
