"What are you thinking about, Chat?"

"Well, honestly I'm mostly thinking about how I'm gonna kiss you without you punching me."

"Yeah, Sorry, But that's never gonna happen."
Chat Noir pouted, giving Ladybug his best puppy dog face.

"Nope." Ladybug said, turning his back. "Now, are you gonna help with patrol or not?"

"I did help with patrol! There isn't anything going on!"

Ladybug sighed. "Okay, okay. Wanna call it a night?"

"Only if my bugaboo thinks that's best." Chat said, batting his eyelashes.

Ladybug rolled his eyes, giving Chat a smirk. "Night, Chat. See you tomorrow."

"See yah." Chat watched as ladybug jumped from building to, far enough away from Chat so he could head home.

Chat entered his home, landing on the ground with a thud.

"Plagg, claws off."

Evan takes a breath, feeling all of his anxiety wash over him again. "Did I really keep asking ladybug to kiss me? God I'm pathetic."

"Okay, we both knew that already though." Evan glared at Plagg before tossing him a piece of cheese.

"Plagg, I have a question."

"As long as it doesn't have anything to do with 'how to ask out Ladybug without being a failure', then I'm all ears."

"I... well, why am I so... confident as Chat, but like, me without the costume isn't?"

"Honestly? Because I make you have more confidence. I kinda... strip it away for a while. That's why, out of all of my other Chats, you're the most difficult."

"Sorry."

"No, it's nice. My last one was like, super cocky, and it's nice to have someone who's..."

"A push over?"

"Exactly!"

"Thanks, Plagg." Evan said, rubbing the little guys head.

"Anytime."

"Is Evan Hansen even a real person? Like, he's to adorable to be real. Right?"

"No, he is real, I promise!" Tikki said, flying around Connors room. "But... you do know he has crippling anxiety, right? So like, you know. Anxiety isn't... adorable, right?"

"No! No, I'm not, I'm not saying that. Evan... he has a wonderful personality. He's kind, and sweet, and always looks out for other people. I call him adorable because... because... because of how wonderful he is. You know?"

"Oh don't worry, I know!"

Connor gave Tikki a smile, handing her a cookie he'd saved for her. "Here. I'm gonna head to bed."

"Goodnight!" Tikki said happily.
