Pocahontas is the first Disney Princess to have a human best friend,second being Tiana.

Mulan is the first Disney Princess to kill the film's villain, before Tiana in 2009.

Although Mulan cut her hair it remained long in Disney Princess merchandise.

Tiana is the first new Disney Princess to be introduced since Mulan in 1998. 

Fact #2004 

Tiana is the Disney Princess seen wearing the most outfits. In total, she wore ten on different occasions.

Fact #2005 

Despite having her hair cut and turn brown in the movie, making her the first Disney Princess to have her hair change color, Rapunzel's hair is kept long and blonde in many of the promotional images and in the Disney parks. 

Fact #2006 

Rapunzel is the first Disney Princess to have a female villain in her story since Ariel in 1989. 

Fact #2007 

The conductor of the music used in Fantasia was Leopold Stokowski. When The Sorcerer's Apprentice was being worked on, Stokowski offered to conduct the orchestra for free.

Fact #2008 

Fantasia was turned into a videogame in 1991. Released for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis console, the game allowed the player to control Mickey Mouse as he made his way through various scenes in the film. Although the graphics and the sound were good, the game overall was poor and frustrating to play, mainly down to its unresponsive controls and unfair difficulty level.

Fact #2009 

The words at the beginning of The Lion King are Zulu for “Here comes a lion, father” and “Oh, yes, it’s a lion.”

Fact #2010 

The character Lots-o’-Huggin Bear in Toy Story 3 was originally meant to appear in the first Toy Story film but Pixar didn’t have the technology to realistically animate his fur.
