Newsies cast x reader

[Mike Faist & Brendin Stimson]

*The reader is the youngest Delancy. The newsies don't know and they find out somehow*

Y/N POV

I woke up before everyone else, I wake up early so I can use the bathroom with out the boys taking it over.Once I was done I walked back into the main room and up to the roof to meet up with Jack and Cruthcie.

"Morning guys" I said

"Morning flower" Jack said

I walked over to Jack who wrapped his arm around me.

"What are you doing up this early" Crutchie asked

"I couldn't sleep" I answered

Just then the circulation bell rang.

"Hey boys get up" I yelled

"Hey Albert, Elmer, Specs you heard her get a move on" Race yelled

I ran back inside and ran up behind Race and grabbed his cigar.

"Hey that's my cigar" Race snapped

"You'll steal another" I answered while giving it back

I smiled as one of the boys grabbed my wrist pulling me outside and down the streets on New York. Once we got to the distrabution center I felt nervous. None of the boys know that I am related to the Delancy brothers, I am their younger sister.

"I fear the swears may have backed up during the night or could it be" Race started

"The Delancy brothers" We all finished

"Hey Oscar, word on the street is that you and your brother took up money to beat up on striken trolly workers" Finch said

"Yeah, it's honest work" Oscar said

"Well ain't your father on of the strikers?" Race stepped in

"Well he didn't take care of me" Oscar snapped

"And what about you, you losiy crip" Morris snapped while taking Crutchie's crutch.

"Now that ain't nice Morris" I yelled while stepping in front of him

I saw his eyes soften as he looked at his little sister, as I looked at Morris I didn't hear what Jack said and next thing I know is that Jack hit Oscar and Morris in the leg. Romeo pulld me back beside him as we filled into the distrabution center. We all lined up and that's when I noticed two new boys.

"You know how feel about you putin yourself in between the Delancys. We don't need yous getten hurt flower" Romeo said

I didn't answer, I just nodded my head.

"50 papes" I said while putting my money down

"50 papes for the brat" Mr. Weasl said

I rolled my eyes as I grabbed my papes. I sat down next to Jack and started to look at the papes.

"I asked for twenty and you gave me nineteen" A voice said

I turned my head to see the two new boys, the older one seemed nervous while the little one seemed excited. The little boy looked at me and waved, I waved back at him. Jack must have released the problem wasn't going to get better so he got up and grabbed the papes.

"New kids right. Hey it's an honest mistake considering Oscar can't count to twenty with his shoes on" Jack said

The boys laughed as Oscar went after Jack only to be held back by Morris.

~Time Skip~

When I was done selling my papes I was walking down the streets of New York. I felt a tank in my arm as I'm pulled into an alley. I turned my head to see my brothers. I smiled and wrapped my arms around them.
