Her Eternity

Prologue

Napapikit ako nang maramdaman ko ang malamig na hangin na tumatama sa mukha ko habang nakatambay dito sa sanga ng puno. I unknowingly look at the sky as his image suddenly popped inside my mind. Hindi ko naman napigilan na mapangiti dahil doon.

I even laughed as soon as memories with him came running over me.

She's not a princess, but she felt like living in a fairytale as she found her prince charming.

The days how he stared at me with those cold eyes, how our eyes met everytime that he will look at me, how we feel each other's breath until how his lips met mine, and how our skin brushed against each other whenever he will hold me.

Bigla naman akong napahawak sa puso ko nang maramdaman kong tumibok 'yon, na halos marinig ko kung gaano kalakas ang pagtibok nito kapag naiisip ko siya.

She's not a queen, but she felt like living in a castle as she found her king.

I suddenly reached out for my phone when I felt it vibrates. Agad ko namang tinignan kung anong nakalagay doon at halos hindi ko napigilan na mapangisi nang mabasa ang natanggap ko.

"It's time for you to go back."

Pagkabasa na pagkabasa ko palang sa natanggap kong message ay kasabay nang pagtingin ko sa ibaba na kung saan ngayon ko nalang halos napagtantuan na pinapanuod ko pala silang maglaban.

I wandered my eyes as soon as I gaze back and get my attention to the situation that is currently happening. Ilan sa mga kalaban nila ay halos wala nang malay at mga nakabulagta na sa lupa nang pagmasdan ko ang nangyayari.

Nilibot ko ang buong paligid hanggang sa naramdaman ko nalang na nakatingin na ako sa ilang lalaking nakatambay sa sanga ng puno katulad ko at mukhang may hinihintay.

"I had enough."I bluntly said to myself.

I immediately felt my eyes grim and how I felt my expression darkened, the moment I heard how they yelled towards him as he continue running, despite the fact that he's caught off guard. Nagpasya na akong tumayo nang mapansin ko sa gilid ng mga mata ko yung mga lalaking nakita ko kanina na mukhang nagbabalak ng umatake sa kaniya nang makakuha na sila ng signal.

I clenched my fist, when out of nowhere, I unknowingly reached out for my hand as I felt something. Wala sa oras naman na napaamo ang mukha ko nang makita ko yung singsing na hindi ko kailanman kayang alisin mula sa kamay ko.

I gently stroke it with my bare hand, and unconsciously wander my eyes to find him.

Behind the ring that she wears, is the eternity of her life that she wants to spend with him.

Nang mahanap ko siya ay halos hindi ko na napigilan ang pagdilim ng mukha ko. I saw how those men pulled the trigger towards him, and I saw how they still continuously yelled for him to stop.

"It's my turn to move. Should I show you how unstoppable I am, now?"

With those words, the gust wind flows through my hair as I jumped off from the tree when I decided to show up.

Who is she?

She's still the living epitome of a goddess-the goddess they should have never messed with.
