Agad akong kumaripas ng takbo ng marinig kong gising na si Zace.
I even left the things that I'm currently handling from the control room, just to rush off towards their room when they told me the news about Zace being awakened.
That's quite relieving.
The door immediately banged the moment I entered and all of them suddenly gaze their attentions as soon as they heard the door opened.
Nakita ko naman si Treck na napapailing nang makita niya agad ako.
"Trixie."I smiled when Vi called me out. Zace beside him unknowingly smirk right after he saw me.
Dahil doon ay napasandal ako sa pader nang makapasok ako at tinaasan siya ng kilay.
"So, you're finally awake."I repay back his smirk with a grin the moment I said that. Sandali naman siyang napayuko at napansin ko pang parang tumawa siya ng mahina.
I mentally rolled my eyes as I eventually approached them.
As soon as I went beside my brother, a bizarre ambiance suddenly surrounded the room as we saw how Zace's expression quickly changed when he gradually glanced to where Aphrodite is.
Lumambot naman ang ekspresyon na nasa mukha ko nang makita pa naming kinuyom niya ang kamao niya at sadyang napapikit ng mariin.
Treck and I unconsciously look at each other.
Napabuntong-hininga naman sila Hue na naging dahilan naman para mapalingon ako sa kanila.
"Something happened?"I blunted out.
Treck beside me shrugged, but I knew he meant something really happened before I even entered.
Rye suddenly approach me with a half-smile plastered on his face.
"Well, you know what it is."Bungad niya sa akin nang makatabi siya kung saan din ako nakaupo.
Nang marinig ko naman 'yon ay agad na bumaling pabalik ang atensyon ko papunta kay Zace na ngayon ay parang nananahimik na pagkatapos kong pumasok.
"Don't blame yourself, Zace."I rolled my eyes at him as I broke the silence.
It's typical how we expected things in case Zace wakes up, just like what's happening right now. Halos hindi ko naman napigilan na mapailing nang mapagtantuan kong totoo nga naman talaga kapag mahal mo ang isang tao.
Of course, Zace would really blame himself for not saving her. But that's really not it.
"Blame yourself if you're the one who made her like this."Napatingin naman sa akin lahat nang marinig nila ang sinabi ko.
"She did it herself, Zace."
He immediately look ahead of me as soon as he heard what I said.
"What?"Napabuntong-hininga ako nang makita ang naging reaksyon niya sa sinabi ko, bago tumayo at nagpasyang lapitan siya.
"She's uncontrollable, but that doesn't mean she's unstoppable."I said. Kumunot naman ang noo niya nang marinig ang sunod na sinabi ko.
"Trixie and her words of wisdom."
Sandali ko namang sinamaan ng tingin yung kapatid ko nang marinig namin ang sinabi niya at hindi na rin napigilan na taasan siya ng kilay.
"What do you mean?"I mentally rolled my eyes, once more and look at him as I raised a brow.
"Do you really think you could stop her from saving you?"Zace immediately look away when I said that to him and gradually sit beside his bed.
