[Chapter 09: Going Crazy]

I can't help but to immediately banged the door the moment I entered my room. Gradually, I throw myself in the bed and dig my face to the pillow like what I always do in the end of the day. Agad naman akong napahawak sa ulo ko at sabay na ginulo ang buhok ko dahil hindi ko na alam ang gagawin.

Napabangon naman agad ako sa kama ko at dumiretso ng banyo para maghilamos.

I take a look of myself right towards the mirror and saw waters dripping from my face. Kinuha ko naman agad yung towel ko at nagpunas.

Nang muli kong binalik sa pagkasampay yung towel, ay saka naman napadako ang atensyon ko doon sa mga pasa na nakuha ko mula sa walang hangganan kong training.

I just shook my head as I stared and ignored all of those.

Maya-maya naman ay bigla na naman akong napahawak sa dibdib ko habang palabas ng banyo. I quickly find myself some support and grunted as I felt the beating of my heart.

Damn, look how it beats for her. Para na akong magkakasakit sa puso nito.

Napapikit nalang ako ng mariin at saka bumalik nalang ulit sa pagkahandusay ko sa kama.

"You know, you really need to learn how to pretend sometimes."

I was about to close my eyes, but Hue's voice suddenly echoed around my room. Nang muli akong bumangon ay saka ko siya nakita na kasama sina Axe at Rye na parehas na umiiling sa akin. I intently glared at them the moment I saw them there.

Napailing naman si Hue nang makita niya 'yon at sabay silang lumapit sa akin.

"Trixie's right. You're not going to do what we wanted you to do."Umiwas naman ako nang marinig ko ang sinabi niya.

As far as I could remember, Vi told me that I should take a break from training because that's what Trixie told her to do so.

"Alam mo namang mas matigas pa sa bato yung ulo ni Zace. Anong aasahan natin?"Axe suddenly butted in that made me glared at him.

Hindi ko nalang sila pinansin at tuluyan na akong bumangon sa kama ko para pumunta sa may balcony at tumingin sa labas. I felt them following me with their gazes which eventually made me to messed up with my hair, once again.

"Zace, alam mong mas lalo ka lang mababaliw sa ginagawa mo."Napalingon naman ako kay Rye nang sabihin niya 'yon. I raised an eyebrow at him when I heard what he said. Tumawa naman siya ng mahina.

"Treck said that you're no good at keeping yourself busy."

Mas lalo namang tumaas ang kilay ko nang sunod kong marinig ang sinabi ni Hue na nakatingin sa libro niya.

"I'm not keeping myself busy."I bluntly said and gaze back towards outside from the glass door of my balcony. Nakarinig na naman ako ng mahihinang tawa mula sa kanila.

"I didn't told you that so you could say that he's right."I immediately faced him with a crease on my forehead.

"You're completely bothered, Zace. Everyone in the Alum can see that."Agad naman akong napakuyom ng kamao nang marinig ko yung sunod na sinabi ni Hue.

I immediately try to calm myself the moment I felt frustration and such mixed feelings suddenly run through my veins because of what he said.

"Zace, you really need to take a break."

"Vi's worried about you. You've been falling unconscious, lately."Bigla namang nawala sa pagkakakuyom yung kamao ko nang marinig ko yung pangalan ng kapatid ko.

I went back to look at them with a blank face, despite everything that they're trying to say. I just shook my head off that made them eventually look at each other.

And before they could even try and talk me about something more, I already left the room which they already know where I'm good at.

Pagkalabas ko ay saka ko na naman ginulo ang buhok ko, hanggang sa nagpasya akong lumabas ng Alum.

Fuck, I'm really about to go crazy.

Hindi ko naman napigilan na mapapikit at pakiramdaman yung hangin na tumatama sa mukha ko nang makatapak agad ako dito sa rooftop ng university. With a smile plastered on my face, I gradually reached out for my hand and take a look at the ring.

I stroke it gently as I'm still mesmerized, before gazing back my attention towards the view.

"They should've known why, Aphrodite."I almost couldn't helped but to laugh for calling out her name, as if she's here.

Muli kong tinignan yung singsing at hinawakan 'yon, bago ngumisi nang wala sa oras.

"They should have known that if I take a break, that's when I'm about to get myself killed."I suddenly mocked while my smirk is still plastered on my face. Napapikit nalang ako at walang nagawa kundi umiling dahil halos hangin lang nakakarinig ng mga sinasabi ko.

"Damn, you're driving me crazy and it's killing me, Aphrodite."I whispered with my eyes still closed.

Huminga naman ako ng malalim at muling tumanaw para kumalma, dahil nararamdaman ko na naman yung lakas ng tibok ng puso ko.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do anymore.

"Why are you doing this to me? Just why?"I eventually look up to the sky and placed both of my arms behind my head.

But then, I just found hands roaming up towards my hair and there, unfortunately, I'm messing up with my hair, again. The breezy gust wind that hit my face was the last thing that I ever felt, before I left the place and decided to just go back at the Alum.

I just need to sleep and relax my mind. Baka mas lalo lang akong mabaliw dito sa labas.
