CHAPTER 06
—————

"The plane is taking off on Wednesday, 9 a.m. All of you be ready by then, we're going for a week unless things get procrastinated and our returning home gets delayed." Taeyong was leaning his arms on the table, eyes narrowed as he looked over to all of us separately. The room was filled up with people. It wasn't a small office, but it didn't have enough space for all nine of us to sit, so I stood leaned on the wall with arms folded over my chest.

I looked around Taeyong's office, counting the people inside. I noticed that someone was missing ever since I entered the so called meeting, I just couldn't point out who.

"Aren't we going by a private jet?" The lavender haired man visibly shorter than anyone except me in the room asked. He was the only one beside Mark that was sitting on the leather chairs in front of Taeyong's desk.

The leader shook his head. "No, Ten. This time we're going as classic tourists."

I wondered my eyes once again across the people in the room, Taeyong and Ten– check; Jina and Haechan– check; Dayeon and I– check; Yuta, Mark, WinWin– check; Who was I missing in the room? I furrowed my eyebrows recalling the line up over and over, but it felt like someone was just erased from my memory of that evening.

"Wasn't Johnny supposed to come too? Why isn't he here?" The tall brunette asked, his voice as deep as always and thanks to him I realized who was missing in the room. Johnny was in the line up too, but he wasn't present on the meeting.

I looked at Taeyong awaiting his answer, just like everyone else in the room. "He was supposed to come, but something came up at the base and Doyoung and Taeil won't be able to take care of it alone, so he's staying."

"I got ten tickets though. I also reserved rooms for ten people. It's all paid, I can't take it back." Yuta remarked, far from worried, but in thoughts of what to do.

I smirked. I finally came up with something that would piss off not just Taeyong, but the whole gang. I looked at everyone around me with a proud grin across my face and I chuckled lowly. "Leave that ticket to me! I'll take care of it."

Everyone in the room looked at me weirdly, confused and with suspicious faces. And I couldn't blame them knowing myself. "And how the fuck will you take care of it?" Yuta asked with a visibly high suspicion as he raised an eyebrow at my direction. His arms folded over his chest, awaiting for my suggestion that I didn't plan to make.

"Trust me fellas, the money won't go in vain!" I smiled. I spread my hand in front of the peanut haired man with suspiciously narrowed eyes at me. He glanced at the leader. If it was up to him he surely wouldn't have given me the extra ticket.
