~~~
Okay, someone once explained to me what emotions really are like, in our minds. And I'm going to rehash it to y'all in my words.
See, people say the opposite of love is hate. But that's not true.
Think of emotions as being on a range, like in this badly done photo I created because google wasn't being helpful.
Let's say that each color/shade is a different emotion.
When you feel like you're being really emotional and you're jumping from one to another, it's not completely that you're being moody, it's that you're moving through emotions that kind of... fade into one another like colors.
Really, a color wheel would be more true a range, hang on.
So really, emotions have no true opposite, because it's all connected to one another
Hate is not the opposite of love, because there's still some level of caring, of having an emotional connection, even if it's hatred.
No, the true opposite of any emotion, is apathy.
The white space on the color wheel, of not caring. Having no connection, no attachment, positive or negative. Having no emotion at all.
I have no idea what I just said.
Stay safe kiddos, make sure to eat at least a little at each meal.
I love you all <3<3<3
