• P i l l o w s

• Put on something you feel comfortable in and makes you happy

• Snack(s), something you'll enjoy

• Water bottle or a drink of some kind that you like

• Watch a video(es) that makes you feel happy

• Do something that doesn't require much from you and relaxes your muscles 

• Take a nap 

• Turn on a soothing and pretty lights 

• Put down social media and focus on you for now

• Take as much time has you need and want


Self care is about making sure you feel good, both physically and mentally.

Taking a break, treating yourself, relaxing, it's all to get your brain to give you the happy juices, which will help to clear your worry and stress buildup. 

So go and get your happy juices.
