Quick note: I'm thinking about creating a new book for this, because we're nearing 150 chapters and I don't know the max for chapters plus I've been having issues with the loading of this, due to how much is in this one book.

The new book would have the same name but with a 2, same cover, same purpose. It'd just be a new book.

Thoughts?

Lay down in a comfortable position.

Gaze up at the ceiling.

Don't focus on anything, just let your gaze rest there.

Let yourself relax.

Feel your shoulders ease up.

Feel your muscles loosen.

Allow your body to melt into the ground/floor.

Don't mind the shadows flickering across the ceiling.

Slowly, your eyelids slip closed.

The shadows melt the ceiling into the night sky. 

A night sky behind your eyelids.

Watch the stars brighten and glow.

Watch as some dim and new constellations are created.

Relax, and as you watch the stars, allow your mind to wander.

Go anywhere, but don't stray towards the loud thoughts.

Wander to the calm ones.

The soothing ones.

Or simply wander.

Don't go anywhere and yet everywhere.

Watch the stars, they'll keep you safe.

You're safe.



Stay here as long as you need, it's yours after all.
