Part 28: Face them

Jihyun was cutting some fruits as usual for breakfast and Jimin was sitting in front of her while fiddling his fingers. It was clear that he was in deep thoughts. She decided to ask him about what was wrong but Jimin beat her to it.

"Um.. Hyunnie?"

"Yeah?"

"Mm.. Did.. Did someone came last night?", Jimin asked unsure.

Jihyun felt like dejà vu. Always Jimin knew somehow. Maybe his blindness made his hearing sharp. She was really getting frustrated since last few days or weeks.

Anyone.. Literally anyone keep visiting them out of no where. And she was feeling like walking on the edge shooing them away before Jimin knew and get any panic attack.

Even yesterday night her gang from the bike club visiting them because Jackson couldn't keep his worried ass calm. He found where was she for last few months and decided to visit her along with their other friends.

It became really hectic last night convincing them to go away but their stubborn asses weren't at it. So she literally had to use her shoe because she knew they are scared of her and knew how she is short tempered.

But she did tell them what she was doing here briefly. Even the fact she was taking care of the infamous supposed traitor Park Jimin. She was worried that they will judge her but surprisingly they understood. And they even told her to let them know if she needed something or Jimin...

She was glad she had someone called friends...

"Hyunnie?", Jihyun was pulled away from her train of thoughts.

"Yeah.. Ohh.. Yeah someone did came..", Jihyun admitted.

"W-who?", Jimin asked a little scared.

"Jackson and my other friends..", Jihyun said. Jimin smiled widely at this. Seeing his smiling face Jihyun asked.

"Why are you smiling?"

"I finally got to know something about you...", Jimin said smiling.

"What?", Jihyun asked confused.

"You know everything about me but yet I don't know even a single thing about you. And I never asked because I thought you are uncomfortable telling about yourself... Now I'm happy I finally know something about you. That you have a friend and his name is Jackson..."

Jihyun watched in amusement. She chuckled lightly and asked,
"What do you want to know about me Jim?"

"Anything that you want to tell..."

"Ok.. I am in a bikers club."

"Whoa... You're in biker club? You're so cool!!"

"Yeah. I have friends named Jackson, Jisung, Lucas, Jaebum and Yugyeom. They all are idiots.."

"From your perspective,everyone is idiot Hyunnie...", Jimin laughed.

"Yeah.. You're right. But they really are.", Jihyun scoffed.
"My friends visited yesterday here because they wanted to know where I was for few past months."

"They must be worried about you...", Jimin said in low tone...
"They don't know you're stuck here with me.."

"Hey... Who told you I'm stuck with you? I am here because I want to... Besides I told them why I am here and they understand. They just can't keep up without me..", she told him.

"Must be nice...", Jimin said. Jihyun understood the sadness in his voice.

"Hyunnie.. Do you think Tae and Kookie got worried even once for me?", he asked. Hopeless feelings still lingering in his voice. He wasn't even expecting any answer from her in return. So he just continued.

"They also came here.. Didn't they?"

"What-"

"Tae and Kookie... They came here, didn't they?", Jimin asked again.

Jihyun was so confused. How does he know? She tried everything to keep them away. But at some point she knew he has to face them. He has face them one day to overcome his phobia. He has to face them one day to gain support. At one point he also needed them.

"Jimin... Do you think you can meet them? Are you ready??"

"N-no.. What if they judg-"

Jihyun cut him off swiftly.

"Jimin look... You will have to face them one day. And yes they came here the other day. And let me tell you one thing. They won't judge you. They are not the people who will judge you. Now they understand you. They're here for you... To get you back. ", Jihyun didn't know why she was taking their side... She hated them to death. She was seeing their efforts for past weeks. Still she was doing it for Jimin.

"Do you think they will forgive me??", Jimin asked with a choked sob. Jihyun immediately scooted towards him to hug him and comfort him.

"Jiminie... You haven't done anything for them to forgive you.. The ones who need apologize are them... So when you're ready, we'll meet them. Okay?", Jihyun said cupping his face. Jimin nodded with a tear rolling down his face.

Taehyung was furious. He was back from Daesan two days ago.

He didn't want to come back knowing Jimin is still there but he can't let the company find out just yet. Because Jimin was still guilty in others eyes.

Everything changed in mere few days. He also fought with Jungkook. He was angry on him also. How could he accuse him of pulling a stunt on Jimin to send him away. Hell he could never do anything like this to his precious Jiminie. He was determined even more to get him back at any cost.

While he was heading back to Seoul he thought of seeing Jimin for last time before going. So he stayed back for few hourse until the others went ahead. After that visited their house but what he saw angered him to the core.

He saw Jimin was engulfed comfortably in Taemin's embrace in front of their house. And Jihyun was watching calmly with a fond smile on her face. He was so furious that Taemin knew all along.. Even Jihyun didn't mention that...

So here he stood. In front of Taemin's apartment. Well his group SHINee's apartment. He was here to confront Taemin.

He ranged the bell trying to keep calm not to yell at the moment the door opens.

After two bells the door was opened. And a familiar person stood in front.

"Taehyung? What are you doing here? Everything's alright??", he asked worriedly.

Taehyung tried to calm down and not lash at the other person.

"Is Taemin sunbae home? I want to meet him..."

"He is not home. But come inside first...", Minho smiled at him before opening the door for younger to enter.
