Soobin returned home late, the sky had already covered itself with a black blanket of night. Yeonjun had been at home the whole day and walking around nervously since he had nothing else to distract himself with, so he couldn't stop worrying neither about Soobin, nor about Taehyun and Beomgyu. If nothing had gone wrong, Beomgyu should already have called them, but there was not even a single message from him which wasn't a sign of good, however he sighed in a slight relief when he saw the blue haired boy entering the house, his expression completely emotionless.
"How did your conversation go?" Yeonjun asked immediately, his eyes looking at the younger male with hope sparking in them.
"It went fine," Soobin replied briefly as he closed the door behind him, his insides feeling heavy since he was very worried about Beomgyu and his brother as he didn't have any possibility to contact them, "He accepted to release your mother, but I don't know when he's gonna do it. Probably, he'll sent her back to Korea soon."
Yeonjun's heart quickened from excitement at hearing the younger's words. At least, his mother would be safe from that monster soon and this was giving him a little more strength to keep fighting, "Thanks," he mumbled faintly under his breath as he slowly sat onto the couch, the blue haired male taking a seat in front of him afterwards.
They sat in silence that had fallen in the atmosphere as they were both lost in their thoughts, their hearts shaking inside their chests at the thought of their loved ones being in danger and what was the worst to realise was that they could do completely nothing about it besides sitting at home and waiting.
Meanwhile, Beomgyu was standing terrified at the glass, his hands slowly raising up in surrender as he carefully turned around, ignoring Taehyun's cries and pleads whose hands kept hitting the glass desperately.
"You can't kill me," he spoke calmly, trying hard to keep his composure even though there was nothing there he could use against his enemies since they were trapped between the enpty walls.
"Why do you think so?" one of the guards argued confidently, "Do you think you're necessary for us? We only need your implant."
"No," Beomgyu replied as he gulped down heavily, "You can't kill me because you're not strong enough for it."
"What are you doing?" he heard Taehyun's panicked voice inside his head, but he didn't say anything to him as his eyes remained locked to the guards and the guns in their hands.
"I'm sorry," he spoke in his mind, making the younger boy even more scared.
"Shoot!" Beomgyu commanded boldly, confusing the guards who looked over at each other with a questioning stare, "Do it before i harm you really bad," he stated even though terrible rushes of fear were running into his body.
One guard nodded his head while looking at his colleagues with nervous eyes, slowly marching towards the boy after getting the permission from them too. It made Beomgyu even more nervous, "There's nothing here," he told the silver haired boy while walking carefully towards him, "You can't harm us."
His words made Beomgyu chuckle ironically, the corner of his lips curling into an evil smirk, "You think so?" he asked in a dangerous voice and the man in front of him didn't even have time to realise what was happening when his gun was suddenly snatched from his hands, flying towards the silver haired male in a split second who threw the bullet into his forehead as soon as he was holding the gun tightly in his hands.
"No!" Taehyun screamed behind him, his hands hitting the glass, knowing other guards wouldn't forgive and would definitely kill Beomgyu now. He couldn't lose the boy now when they had finally met and were so close to the victory, tears of terrible fear kept prickling his eyes as he tried to use his mind power to somehow break down the glass, but he was too weak for that, it only resulted in him hurting his head horribly.
