The guard was standing in the other edge of the hall while his index finger hovered over the trigger, only millimetres away from it as Soobin pulled the older boy up in a speed of light and covered his body as they both briskly ran into the left direction, the bullet flied from the barrel of the guard's gun hitting the wall and causing the clanking sound to pierce through the environment. He cursed under his breath when the boys disappeared from his eyesight and ran forward, his foot hitting the metal floor heavily as he turned to the left side. He followed the two terrified boys while Yeonjun and Soobin found the stairs and flew down with unstoppable, fast steps. Their knees were shaking under their weights while their hands held each other tightly, Yeonjun's eyes traveling back and forth as he kept checking whether the guard was still following them or not. His eyes bulged out when he saw him running down the stairs, throwing bullets into their direction and little yelps were leaving both boys' mouths while terror kept flaring inside them. The bullets were hitting the walls, causing the terrible cracking sounds to pierce through the atmosphere as Soobin and Yeonjun reached the second floor and scanned their surroundings with anxious eyes, desperately looking for an escape.

"There!" Yeonjun yelled, his index finger pointing at the right side of the hall and Soobin rushed into that direction, pulling the older boy along with him while they gasped for air in exhaustion.

Unfortunately, Yeonjun had lost his cell phone and the guns somewhere on that floor, so he couldn't provide any resistance and was forced to run with the blue haired boy beside him instead. Soobin quickly reached the hall filled with different rooms and he immediately pushed themselves inside one of them, closing the door carefully behind him while Yeonjun's eyes roamed around the environment, searching for the hiding place. He swiftly pulled the younger boy to the other side of the room when he caught a glimpse of a medical counter. They both crouched down after Soobin grabbed the scalpel from the surface and both of them panted heavily, hoping the guard wouldn't go there, but their hopes got crashed since the guard was being well played with by Irene, from whom no one could hide in that building.

Soobin and Yeonjun almost stopped breathing and the older boy even clapped his palm over his mouth when the door of that room cracked open and footsteps echoed through the atmosphere like an awful threat. They could feel their own heartbeats in their ears as Yeonjun looked at the younger boy with a scared and horrified gaze while Soobin was trying to stay calm which was super hard in that extreme situation. Their sweaty palms were still pressed against each other as they stood on the floor with their knees, trying to suppress their fear since they knew it would only confuse them and make it harder for them to think clearly. Irene was no longer helping the guard who traveled his eyes throughout the entire environment around him, his lips curling up into a smirk when he noticed the counter in the other side of the room, near the wall.

The guard gripped his gun tightly with both of his clammy hands as he took careful steps towards the white furniture while Yeonjun squeezed Soobin's hand whose grasp tightened around the scalpel in a trice. His thumb gently ran across the older's shaky knuckles, providing him with a comfort and causing his stiffened muscles to relax a bit. The footsteps were approaching them from Soobin's side and the guard finally hovered over them with a sly smirk, but before he would be able to click the trigger, Soobin raised up the scalpel in the air and promptly stuck its sharp point into the guards shoe, causing him to let out a piecing scream when it penetrated his foot.

Soobin took the advantage of the possibility and quickly grabbed the guard's hand, pulling it aside so he avoided the bullet which was thrown down the barrel and broke the glass of the door. Soobin punched his jaw and forced him to fall down onto the floor with his hands and knees while spitting the blood. Meanwhile, Yeonjun quickly got on his feet and ran to the guard from behind, pressing his arm strongly against his throat and twisting his neck with a swift motion in a matter of second, causing an awful sound of the bones cracking to echoe throughout the room before all the strength were gone from the guard's body and he collided to the floor after Yeonjun let go of his heavy weight.
