As some of you probably know, the wattpad creators have sold there company to somebody else. And because of that the new owners have decided on removing all of the mature stories on here. And although I think it is relatively good idea because they're are young kids on here, i feel like they could've come up with a different idea. Although removing the stories could've been there only option.

Anyway, many of the mature authors on here have spent years on there works, and just having it gone and removed is devastating. Some people don't even have them stored anywhere, and so if wattpad deletes them everything on that story will be lost. Which is absolutely terrible. And they wouldn't be losing just the stories itself, they would be losing the reads, the comments, the votes, all of it.

And this does apply to all genres. Ofc, some fanfic authors have transferred there work to Ao3 or ff.net. Although I have no idea how either of those work.

Please do share your opinions on this subject if you have any but as always do it respectfully (meaning do not ✨intentionally✨ start drama with anyone) because this is a Judge Free Zone, everyone is entitled to there own opinions.
