You both got in the car and started driving to the hospital.

After most of the attendings left it was only you, Arizona, Meredith, Derek, April, Jo, Alex and Jackson left.

Derek Shepherd: In surgery! Y/N: Oh great.. so uh Jo and Amelia are my maids of honor! Arizona Robbins: And April you and Teddy are mine!
