my diary

July 14th 2021

so I woke up and samantha said I couldn't come over until her mom gets home. once her mom came home I went over there. we wanted to go to brads house and hang out with his two friends, but he was grounded. once his parents left, he decided we could come over. his two friends were aloud to be there, but me and samantha weren't.  we were all hanging out in his room and then we saw his dad pull in the driveway. Samantha hid in the closet while I hid under a blanket. we hid for a while to make sure the case was clear. after a little bit that one guy that would cuddle me (idk if I'll make a name for him yet) peeked in the blanket and said "no she can't stay in here" and I said "yeah I can barely breathe" so he made a pillow fort around my face and sat by me. after a little bit, brad opened the window. we had music playing so his dad couldn't hear it. then Samantha climbed out, then me. once I got out I realized that I left my shoes in the living room. they are men's shoes and they're very big so his dad probably didn't think anything of it. they are actually Samantha's shoes, but they're too big for her as well. they pulled out some random shoes from brads closet. it happened to be my shoes that I left there MONTHS ago. I'm not sure what they did to them because now they are all torn up. they weren't in the best condition but they weren't that bad. well I just walked to Samantha's house and changed my shoes. when we got to Samantha's house, brads friend texted Samantha and said that brad thinks she's hot. then she said "now I have to chose between the two" she had mentioned that she kinda liked someone, but I forgot she said that. then she told me who it was. Ben. I couldn't believe it. she likes two boys and both of them are boys I used to like. one if them even has a girlfriend! I had to get over Ben, why didn't that cross her mind? I just can't believe she likes him. after everything. it just makes me mad. but she said she shouldn't like him. I hope she doesn't date brad. she said she kinda likes him. but she said she would never date him. if they dated, it would just be weird because we are all supposed to be friends. and me, Samantha, and brad were the original trio (I know how cringe that sounds, sorry!) now I'm spending the night at her house. goodnight
