Y/N's POV

When I tell people I'm an Intern at Marvel studios they usually ask loads of questions about whether Ive met marvel actors. No. The closest i've gotten to meeting them was this one time I delivered the mail to Chris Evans' trailer door. I have not a lot of interest in meeting them to be honest.

I came here to work on computers and stuff and instead i'm delivering coffee to people I don't even know the names of. To be honest the experience doesn't seem worth it at this rate.

Of course I have my own trailer and in there my pc stands where i've done loads of animations and design ideas. I've tried showing them to people but they don't really pay attention to me. No matter how hard I try, even if it's a subtle "i could help out if no one else is available" they don't really care.

I woke up this morning, beginning to get exhausted at the long days for nothing. The one thing that makes me happy I can't even find the time to do anymore. It's beginning to get harder and harder to get out of bed. Yes the work is easy but it's so emotionally draining cause it's so repetitive.

I got up and quickly got showered and dressed and left to go get the coffee and stuff for people. I was running late so I ran towards the break area and started all of the coffee machines. I could carry 8 at a time using the coffee holders available. Easy. It didn't take me long to get them all sorted and I began rushing out. That was until someone walked straight in front of me and coffee was spilt all over me.

My skin was burning and I was on the verge of tears. "I'm- i'm so sorry I didn't see you there." The voice spoke. It was rather familiar but I was far too angry to acknowledge whoever it was right now. "Just- fucking leave it. I can't do this shit anymore." I pushed the person out the way and threw the rest of the coffee away before heading back to my trailer.

I slammed the door shut behind me and began sobbing. My body has completely given up. I took the wet shirt off of my body and angrily threw it across the room as I continued to cry. I threw my intern badge across the room and it hit the wall landing on the floor. "Why is it so shit here" I cried, hugging my legs into my chest as I continued to cry.

To my own disbelief a knock at the door disturbed me. I angrily stood up and opened the door not caring i'm just in a bra. "Leave me alone!" I shouted before I saw who it was. "Hi.." She spoke calmly. Scarlett Johansson was stood there, a small smile on her face. "Can I come in?" She said. I nodded and moved out the way for her.

"You might want to erm.. get a shirt." She laughed uncomfortably. "Right yeah sorry." I shuffled uncomfortably towards my drawers and pulled out a hoodie before slipping it over my head. Scarlett had two cups in her hand and she gently placed them on my side before kneeling down and picking up the badge on the floor.

"You're an intern? 23.." She asked looking up at me. "Yeah i am.. well I was I think i'm going to quit. Sorry why are you here?" I asked her trying my best not to be rude.

"Well I bumped into you earlier.. literally and you seemed really upset so I thought I could make it up to you some how." She laughed as she came over to me. "Thanks." I let out an uncomfortable laugh before sitting down at my desk chair. "Why you thinking of quitting?" She asked me sitting on the spare stool next to me.

"I can't deal with the shit anymore. I just don't like it. I just want someone to look at my work and appreciate me being here for something other than coffee and snacks." I say tearing up again. Usually I don't cry at this stuff but i've had MONTHS of being treated like an outcast and I don't want to feel like it anymore. "Wanna show me?" she asked me with a sweet smile.

"It wouldn't matter i'm not going to work here anymore." I said grabbing the coffee and playing with the lid of it. "Well, why don't you show me and stick it out for the week. If you still don't like working here, fair enough." It was fair and she felt like she genuinely cared. Especially when one of her hands placed onto my knee and the other switched my PC on for me. "Please. I'd love to see." She smiled sweetly.

I unlocked my PC and loaded up one of the things I made in after effects. I had made a whole animation of the intro to the 'Black Widow' movie using my own assets and ideas. "Thats actually amazing!" She smiled looking genuinely impressed. "Do you have anything else?"

We must have sat there for hours going through all my files of drawings and animations I had done. I even showed her how she could do a simple animation herself which she tried and did really well. "Well Y/N.. please stick it out for the week. I feel like things are gonna get easier for you. Take a day off tomorrow to relax and think about yourself. But come into the main set on Friday." She smiled. As I was leading her out she stopped at the door frame and turned to look at me.

"Do you have a phone?" She asked me. I nodded and handed my phone over to her. "If you feel like you need to cry to someone or just need a hug, message me and I'll be right there." I nodded and started blushing immensely. "Here." She handed my phone back to me and brought me in for a hug. Then she placed a gentle kiss on my cheek before walking away.

Friday morning soon came around and just like a couple days before I was running around like a headless chicken. I did feel better but it was stressful like always. I ran into the main set where Scarlett told me to be. "Y/N!" A voice shouted. I ran over there and saw Scarlett with a smile. She brought me in for a hug and began leading me over to somewhere.

"I got you something." She said as she held out a lanyard for me. "I thought if you weren't an intern anymore and you started to be appreciated for all that work you can do then you would stay." I smiled and brought her in for another hug absolutely speechless.

"Thank you.." I smiled. She gently lifted the old lanyard off of me and put the new one on. "It looks good." She complimented me. "Miss Y/L/N. Scarlett told us how well you can work so your PC is all set up for you" A man spoke as he walked over to us.

"Thank you so much." I replied with a giant smile. "Because you're only young you work 3 days a week 9-4 is that okay?" He said as we all began walking away. "Yeah of course that's great."

"Well here we are. Miss Johansson" The man smiled before walking away. I looked at Scarlett and she had a huge grin on her face. "Thank you so much Scarlett this means the world to me." I said hugging her once more. "Of course sweetheart. Remember if you need Anything, big or small. Message me and i'll be right here." She said before walking away.
