Soulmates Pt 2 - NR

Y/N's POV

To say i'm confused is an overstatement. It turns out the love of my life is my soul mate and the hulk thinks that Natasha and him are soulmates- and now we're stood infront of him. I didn't sign up for this shit, I always imagined when I met my soulmate we would go on the beach sipping Pina Colada's in Hawaii, but no. We're running away from the Hulk.

He stood infront of us, clearly trying to intimidate us and I could see in Natasha's eyes she was scared. I held her hand tightly and tried backing away with her "Come on- do slow movements work?" I whispered to her.
She turned her head and looked at me like I was crazy and just picked me up bridal style, pressing the fire alarm before starting to run away from the hulk through the corridors as quick as she can.

I held onto her tightly, my arms wrapped around her shoulders as she carried me. I reached into my pocket and tried shooting him a few times but he just let out a roar and carried on running. Natasha took a sharp right turn into one of the empty meeting rooms which made the hulk go crashing into the wall.

My eyes looked up at hers and I smiled awkwardly "I never knew you were into 7ft tall very jealous monsters-" I said laughing slightly at her. She chuckled and shut the bullet proof glass door, hoping the extra strength would help.

The hulk, or bruce, looked at us through the glass and punched the door clean away, hitting both me and Natasha so we fell onto the floor. I hit my head on the floor as the wind was knocked out of me and I coughed a little. My body just laid there for a moment as I looked up at Natasha walking towards him.

"Hey big guy.." she whispered to him holding her hand out. You could see his eyes instantly soften and I felt terrible for ruining all of this for her. As the rest of the avengers turned up fully geared out, Natasha was doing this 'lullaby' to make him change back.

Within seconds he was going from 7ft tall monster to scrawny bruce banner once again, however more naked now. Steve kneeled down next to me and smiled, "you alright kiddo?" he said helping me sit up. I chuckled and held onto him "i got chased by the hulk i'd say that's more cool than anything.

As soon as Bruce turned back Natasha grabbed him into a headlock and clenches her jaw, whispering to him: "if you ever try that again, I swear to god not only will you never see me again, but i'll never talk to you again let alone be near you. Don't ever try to hurt her." He groaned and patted her arm to tell her to let go.

Natasha stood up and walked towards me gently cupping my face with a small smile "how about we go watch a movie my love..? I guarantee you haven't been out of the red room for a while and you need a break from all the fighting". Her hands were so gentle and kind, she acted as if we didn't nearly die 2 minutes ago. I nodded slowly and stood up holding onto her.

"We'll take care of Bruce" Tony said looking over at us. Natasha nodded at him and began helping me out.

"What kind of movie do you like the most?" I asked her as we began walking to her room. She laughed a little and held my waist, keeping me upright. "I like comedies and love stories and horrors." She replied, opening her bedroom door for me.

I smiled a little and laid down onto her bed looking up at her. "Well we have forever together Nat, we might as well watch all of them" I said with a smile plastered across my face. She was so scared and tough before, but now she's so loving and has more time for our relationship.

I probably wouldn't be alive without her, I would probably still be in the red room if it wasn't for her. She has saved my life so many times. Little does she know her just holding me as we lay in bed watching this movie together, it's saving my life, with every moment together my life gets better and better, and more worth living.
