Harry's Pov

"Am I going to be your only witness?" The girl was a fan of us, sitting there, at the desk of the town hall.

Me and Louis stood there in content, holding each other close with packets of information that we think we needed to make this happen and holy fuck, my heart and body were about to explode. Louis had dragged me off of the swing and we had rushed into the house to get ready and prepared before Louis drove me here. And well, here we are.

"Yes," I answered immediately, and Louis held me even closer.

The girl giggled. "Well, this certainly won't exactly be a wedding right but you two will still be considered married."

"Thats fine with us, its exactly what we want, until we can do a real wedding, of course," Louis held a soft tone to his voice that I couldn't help but fond over and as if we were reading each other's minds, our eyes connected. The girl behind the desk clapped and squealed excitedly, causing us to break our eyes and turn to her.

"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry, but this is what every directioner and Larry has wanted for years!" her smile seemed unbreakable. "We've all believed you two were in love and now I'm literally seeing you guys, signing a marriage license and marriage documents together! This is huge dream to me! I'm so happy I got to meet you guys!"

"What is your name?" Louis asked for me because as the girl was bouncing in her seat with her love and support for us and I realized we didn't even know her name.

"Gabby," she answered immediately.

"Well, Gabby, I just want to tell you thank you for all your love and support and I have to say, it is an honor to have you as our only witness," Louis smiled and I smiled just watching him. "I know that we can trust you to keep this to yourself?"

Because, we of course have to be careful and quiet about this. But it didn't matter. I still couldn't believe it; I was marrying my bestfriend and soulmate...I swear I'm about to wake up and it will be all a dream. But it wasn't. I'm breathing and alive and Louis is too.

Gabby squealed, clapping her hands. "Of course! You two have been my heroes for the longest time and you both have helped me come out which has helped me meet my fiance, Melissa! She loves you guys too! I swear, I pinky swear, I will not tell anyone!"

I laughed happily, leaning over the short desk to pull the excited girl for a hug. Even though it was awkward, Gabby returned it wholeheartedly.

When we pulled away, she jumped up and down. "Lemme go grab the papers you'll need to sign and you'll officially have a marriage license and legally call yourselves husband and husband!"

She squealed again, fangirling even more, before dashing off. I couldn't help but to smile even more as she disappeared before turning to Louis.

My smile turned fond when all I could see was Louis looking up at me with adoration in ocean blue eyes.

"I love you," the words slipped out of my mouth naturally as I had the sudden urge to say it. But I wanted to say it over and over again, to let the whole world know even though we couldn't tell anyone right now.

Louis cupped my face. "I love you too. Always have, Haz."

His eyes were sparkling as he pulled me to him to connect our lips. Though, the kiss was short and sweet as Gabby came racing back, breathless and squealing as she had most certainly seen what we did.
