"Dad!" Torin exclaimed as Niklaus, his wife and three of his siblings followed him in as he stormed into the house.

"Just what do you think you're doing?!" Niklaus raged as they all spread out along the steps of the foyer to look down at their children who'd been so startled that they'd stopped their spell, the Salvatore's beginning to heal ever so slowly.

"First, you all suddenly bloody disappear one by one," Rebekah began.

"Then, you all didn't answer your phones when we called," Katherine continued.

"After which, we discovered that our family jet was missing," Elijah interjected.

"And then I did a locator spell on you all, only to find you here," Isa finished, her gaze like fire as she looked over the nine of them. "What were you thinking?! Coming to Mystic Falls by yourselves?!"

"Aunt Isa," Melody spoke as she stepped forward. "I think I speak for both my siblings and all my cousins when I say that we did this for you. For uncle Finn and uncle Kol. For your promise of always and forever and for ours."

"And mom," Lydia piped up. "You were the one, you all were ones, who told us that no one hurts a Mikaelson and lives. So why do they get to live?"

Nik just sighed.

"Why did our children have to have their mother's sense of reasoning?" he muttered, his brother agreeing easily. "They make a good point."

"Wait a minute," Rebekah said as all eyes fell on her. "Where's Ray? Where's your brother?" she asked her daughter and they all parted like curtains to reveal Ray's dead body, his sister not having had the chance to remove the stake just yet.

"Remus!" Rebekah cried out as she became a blur. She ran out of the room first before crashing at his side, a blood bag next to her as she propped his head on her lap before yanking the stake out and tossing it to her sister.

Isa only stared at the piece of wood as she concentrated and it ignited into flames before the ash slid through her fingers and onto the carpet.

Rebekah wasted no time in sinking her fangs into her wrist before pressing them to her son's lips, whispering words of encouragement as he slowly began to wake up and his mother removed her wrist to replace it with the blood bag as the colour came back into his skin.

"My brothers," Rebekah said as she looked up to them, cradling her healing son in her lap. "If you wouldn't mind."

Nik seemed to crack his neck whilst Elijah brought his hands out of his pockets, stretching his fingers as they approached the four Salvatore's grabbing a neck in each hand and making them gasp for air again as they were lifted off the ground.

"I'm alright mom," Remus promised as Rebekah helped him to his feet, very much still in mothering mode as she hugged him to her side.

"As for you four," Katherine began as she looked at the Salvatore's. "What should we do with you?"

"Well, knowing the superiority complex they possess, we're not leaving them alive only for them to come after us," Isa said. "And I'm not having them come home either."

"But what about Uncle Kol and Uncle Finn?" Liliya piped up. "They deserve to be a part of this too."

"She has a point, love," Nik stated as he loosened his grip on Stefan and Caroline ever so slightly.

"You want to bring these four back to our house in our city?!" she asked in disbelief.

"No, I agree with Isa. I will not subject the people of New Orleans to these vulgar excuses for vampires and people," Elijah stated.

"Fine then!" Isa exclaimed as she pulled out her phone and began to dial a number, all the vampires listening to the ringing on the other side as she waited.

"Sister, are you alright? Have you found the children?" Finn asked with a worried voice.

"We're fine, Finn. Is Kol with you?"

"Present, my darling Icy," Kol replied from the other side.

"How fast can the two of you get to Mystic Falls?"

Silence came from across the line for a few moments as they let her question sink in.

"What the bloody hell are you doing in Mystic Falls?" Kol growled and Isa sent a pointed look to her children, nieces and nephews.

"A good question and you'll find out the answer when you get here. The jet is already here so either run, compel another one or fly commercial."

Finn scoffed.

"As if Kol will fly commercial," he said as Isa laughed, a few others in the room joining in as they listened.

"Either way, hurry up and get here. We've a surprise that I think you'll greatly enjoy. Oh, and bring some of the toys from The Garden, would you?"

"Your wish is our command, darling Icy," Kol hummed as Finn settled for a normal goodbye before hanging up.

"What do you propose we do with them until our brothers arrive?" Isa asked.

"The cellar, perhaps? Seeing as they seem to have a kink for locking each other up whenever they flip their switch," Katherine suggested and while the three women chuckled, the two men grimaced.

"Our children are present, Katarina, perhaps we should choose more savoury topics of conversation," Elijah urged as his wife merely shrugged.

"Sweetie, our children are over 100 years old, they're hardly prudes," she reminded him as she pressed her hands to his shoulders, slightly taller than him as she stood on the top of the foyer steps.

Elijah only rolled his eyes.

"I'd prefer to not think about what my children, my daughters, specifically, get up to in their own time."

"Right, seeing as you all wanted to be involved in this, four of you can escort them to the cellar, with Nik supervising of course," Isa announced.

"I imagine Ray gets to go seeing as he was just killed by one of them," Nik said, his wife nodding.

"Who didn't fight the Salvatore's?" Rebekah asked as Liliya, Hope, Torin, Lydia and Cassian raised their hands.

"Ray, pick your companions," Katherine instructed.

"Torin. Cass and Lili, let's go," he announced as he rolled his shoulders and Nik and Elijah dropped the Salvatore's to the ground, all of whom began coughing as they swallowed air.

One by one they each hauled a Salvatore to their feet, Remus' grip on Damon literally bone-crushing after his mother kissed his forehead before he set off with his siblings and uncle in tow.

"As for the rest of you," Isa began as she looked over the remaining five. "This town will not be standing when we leave, so, if you would kindly pair off because like hell you're going by yourselves in this town, whoever is leftover can take Elijah, because he needs some fun."

The kids chuckled as Hope partnered with Lydia, Melody skipped over to her father's side and Henrik threw his arm over Diana's shoulders.

"Mom, you still haven't told us what we're doing," Henrik pointed out and his mother gave her signature demonic smile.

"You are going to cover every inch of this town in any kind of accelerant you can find, because once the Salvatore's are dead and we're done here, we're going to burn Mystic Falls to the ground."
