𝕿he full moon passed and with time and a bit of my charm, Remus began to heal and feel better meaning he was back to health after a few days or so. Spring was beginning to envelop Hogwarts in a comfortable hug, blossoms and flowers blooming outside a sort of freshness and serenity looming in the air as we approached March. March meaning both Sirius and James' birthday this month. It's a pity I wasn't born in February, it would have been Sirius in November, Peter in December, Scarlette in January, then me in February and then Remus and James in March.
No, I was born in August. A complete baby in the year group. Regulus is the closest to me with his June though he's a year behind me, it's all very strange with the birthday cut offs at Hogwarts.
Right now, Scarlette and I happened to in the Gryffindor head of house's classroom with her, drinking some tea with her and Sprout after they declared a meeting, though I knew they just wanted to know the Hogwarts gossip from their two favourite students.
"This reminds me of my mother...though there's no pearls, lady etiquette scoldings when I slouch and i'm being told to eat rather than to starve...." Scarlette spoke, leaning back in to her chair with a grin, the two Professor's blinking at her whilst I smiled, sipping my lemon tea,
"Have another biscuit Scarlette" Mcgonagall told her, though she just looked down to the four biscuits in front of her before chirping,
"Maybe I should eat the other four first before I take another"
"It might be an idea" I snorted, Sprout smiling faintly at us, raising her eyebrow before resting her chin on her hand, glancing between the two of us, a teasing grin on my face, turning to the brunette, "I think they're using us for gossip, Scar"
"I think you're right, Scar...bribing us with biscuits and tea! How dare they use us!" She gasped playfully, holding her hand over her heart, Mcgonagall sighing and pursing her lips,
"You're spending far too much time with Mr Black"
"Yes, the drama king and queen of Hogwarts...she has the gasp, the hand on heart and the narrowed eyes mimicked perfectly. We love it, it's fantastic" I retorted, sipping my tea again with the mischievous grin, her hand gesturing to me much to the professor's amusement,
"Says the girl who's manage to gain some of the one and only Remus Lupin's unrivalled sarcasm" She scoffed lightly, my eyebrows raising, merely blinking at her, before muttering,
"Wet dog"
"Chocolate frog" She snarked back, the two of us narrowing our eyes at each other for a few moments, the older witches exchanging a glance before we burst into a fit of giggles and laughs,
"Did you happen to have some gigglewater in that tea?" Sprout murmured, leaning over to our tea, matching grins on our faces when we shrugged,
"No, but I would love to try it, mind you it's alcoholic and makes you laugh so that's uh probably not a good idea to drink when I'm around people......" I trailed off, leaning back in my chair and pursing my lips together, the three blinking before Mcgonagall spoke again,
