"𝕴t's irrelevant to me" I complained, slumping my back against the cabinet of the greenhouse with a pout, Remus quirking an eyebrow at me, resting his chin on his hand where he had his elbow propped up on his lap, saying pointedly,
"It's irrelevant to all of us, Willow, but it's in the specification and you should want to learn about other fellow beings"
"Why? Werewolves are already my favourite, especially attractive, chocolate and crazy sock loving ones named Remus Lupin" I countered, stretching my legs out across the floor on the blanket as I sighed heavily, an amused chuckle falling from his lips,
"I'm guessing you're not a fan of exams then?" He guessed with a grin, my eyes rolling playfully at his comment, before I closed them for a few moments, soaking up the comfortable silence in our place before I muttered quietly,
"There's worse in the world, I suppose. My hand is rather cramped though"
Remus had to bite back his laugh again at the veela, a full pout on her lips as she rested her eyes closed, illuminating her cupid's brow and the two mirrored lines in the furrow between her eyebrows. He'd never guessed he'd be sat on the floor of the greenhouse with the most beautiful girl in the world, who happened to be his girlfriend whilst she sulked, complained and whined about Goblin wars and aches in her hand. This girl was something else entirely.
He reaches forward, taking her hand into his, pressing his thumbs into her palm and massaging gently, his heart skipping a few beats when he observed her peer one eye open to him, her lips twitching from his actions. He hummed softly when she climbed over to him, resting herself on his lap, his front against her back as he continued to massage her hand, his arms wrapped around her.
"Why couldn't all the exams be like herbology? I murmured, leaning back into his firm chest for comfort as he carried on massaging my hand,
"Because I would fail. And because the world isn't all about plants" He remarked, a gasp falling from my lips, pressing my other hand over my heart,
"Take it back, they can hear you" I insisted gesturing to the plants surrounding us in the greenhouse, puffing my pearly hair out of my face so I could see when he muttered lowly behind me,
"Exactly, devilish things, they've been against me from the start, no matter what I do they have plans to sabotage me. It's like they have plans with Peeves" He theorised dramatically, my lips sealing together from his comment, however tucking my head back between his shoulder and neck and closing my eyes from the soothing feeling in my hand, my lips parting as I spoke,
"Hm, well Peeves does enjoy pranking the four of you, mainly because you tried to form an alliance-"
"Prongs and Pads tried to form an alliance, I was an innocent bystander, and it's no wonder it didn't work, i'm the fucking brain of the operations, their girl charm won't work on a pranking poltergeist" He defended innocently, remembering the many times they had wanted to work with the poltergeist but of course he said no, and continued to bother them the most out of everyone.
