Should've known what it takes,
Should've know about this.
But I had the better of everything,
And landed myself in the worst.
The quiet around here is killing,
No one and nothing,
Ever happens without a reason,
And I guess I now know the meaning.
For I wished for everything,
But I wasn't ready for anything,
Kept begging to my past and future,
Please Select me and my present today.
I know this isn't it,
I know I won't deserve this in your eyes,
But just one single, one last time,
Please make the mistake and select me.
I wish turn every table,
Leave no stone unturned,
The cards will fall in the right place,
Select me for the last time for the sake of everything.
