Something embarrassing happens to you in front of the boys.

A situation only becomes embarrassing when we feel "caught" and try to defend it somehow or obviously show that we need or want to cover something up.

We get defensive or act like a child. We blush, start shaking, or break out in a sweat.

I was lying comfortably on the sofa, writing with my two friends over our group chat.

We had been writing for hours, talking about every topic. When I read a message from my friend, I laughed shortly and wrote back.

Suddenly, I got a notification and glanced at it. OMG. It was a message from Jimin.

I really liked him a lot. Every time he was near me, I would get nervous and keep glancing in his direction. When he smiled at me, it felt like the world stopped for a moment.

I would love to tell him that I liked him more than just a friend. But I couldn't. I didn't have enough courage to confess my feelings to him. This thought made me sigh.

However, before I went into his chat, I wrote excitedly into the group.

OMG. JIMIN WROTE ME.

I am totally nervous. Should I maybe wait before I write him?

When I read the news, I started laughing and shook my head for a second. I really had crazy friends. But they were right. I should reply to him, after all I was curious myself and couldn't resist.

I walked out of our group chat and clicked on the chat with Jimin. One look told me that he was no longer online.

When I read his message, the corners of my mouth immediately went up before I started typing.

For a moment I glanced unsurely at my reply. Maybe I shouldn't have sent a smiley after all?

Or should I not start with 'Hi' but write something else? Ahh. Maybe I should delete my message so he couldn't read it.

But before I could delete my message, I saw that Jimin was back online. Omg. I had to get out of our chat right away.

I clicked back and typed into the group chat where my friends had already written.
