With a sigh, I left the chat room before lowering my arms so that my smartphone was resting on my stomach.

The light from the app was shining in my face while I lay in my bed. I had been trying to fall asleep for hours, but I couldn't make it. Instead, I constantly rolled around in bed and thought about a lot of things.

Countless thoughts went through my head and literally stole my sleep. Suddenly, my smartphone vibrated once, followed by two more vibrations. I had received a notification, but from whom?

Curiously, I lifted my smartphone and looked at the screen as I sat up slightly, leaning my back against the back wall. My eyes fell on the screen before I clicked on the group chat with my thumb.
