"We are trying to see if we can use Melinopyromorphic rock as a long-distance explosive weapon without using magic." (Dr. Endra)
I think that name translates to black fire rock. Don't tell me this rock is this world's version of gunpowder. I dislike that but ill have to get over it. If we don't improve they will which can lead to a lot of issues. If I'm honest I dislike the thought of war but I know it is natural in any nature.
"If your going to do that make sure that the damages it causes don't leave the area poisonous to those there." (MC)
"Hmm, why do you say that?" (Dr. Endra)
"Do you remember the blowing flower incident thirty years ago?" (MC)
"Of course, I've heard of it the damage was extensive." (Dr. Endra)
"It's still causing mass death and havoc." (MC)
"Wait what do you mean?" (Riél)
"My family does their job which happens to involve information across the continent. The disaster caused something called a no mans land. That area is uninhabitable and if the area is crossed it kills the person there for too long causing their organs to fail and become liquid. Magic doesn't even reverse damage or prevent death. I don't want something like that to happen to any other location in the world." (MC)
"How come we never heard of this?" (Dr. Endra)
"It's kept under wraps because people tend to pull stupid and inadvertently go there and die. It's blockaded and uses barrier magic to prevent those from going in and others from going out. It didn't have the barrier until many magicians died trying to test their magical abilities 90 people died because they thought they could beat death." (MC)
I brought down the mood but I refuse to have them create something to the same happening of any radiated dead land.
