Chapter 55

Jason

Last night was epic Max and I had our first movie date and we also kissed. Well, I kissed him first and I still can't believe that I took the initiative. When I told him to come closer and lean down so that I could brush some dirt off his hair. I saw his lips in front of me and I could not help myself I had to kiss him, I was also curious to know if I would like kissing a guy. Oh my god, the moment our lips touched it was electric.

Max kept pulling away from the kiss and it pissed me off so I grabbed his shirt to hold him in place before resuming our kiss. I don't know why I bit his bottom lip but when he opened his mouth in response, I had to get a taste. My tongue entered his warm mouth and it was heaven, Max let me take control of the kiss and I just did not want to stop. The kiss between us was becoming intense and Max pulled away again as I let out a whimper.

I was not satisfied as I wanted to kiss him a little longer, who knew kissing a guy would feel so amazing? When I looked at Max with my eyes filled with desire and said," Max what are you doing to me? Your lips are so addictive that I can't stop kissing you. The electric shock I feel when we touch is insane it's like we are connected. Please tell me is there something that you are hiding from me?".

He caressed my cheek softly and replied," Jace I will tell you when the time comes ok. Right now I want you to focus on getting better alright, it's late you should sleep. I will be here by your side all night if you need me". Max kissed my forehead and helped me get comfortable on the bed. I was a little unhappy with his reply and turned my face to the other side. I closed my eyes and but my lips were still tingling after the kiss and before you know it I fell asleep.

When I woke up in the morning Max was already gone and I saw my dad sitting on the sofa reading a magazine. I gently called out to my dad and said," Hey Dad, good morning", my dad immediately walked over to my bedside and sat down. He looked at me and replied," Jason how are you feeling today? Are you in pain do you need me to call the doctor?". I shook my head and responded," I am feeling better there is still pain when I move around, but the doctor will be coming over anyway to check on me. I just can't wait to get out of the hospital I am getting bored here".

My dad let out a chuckle and said," Well son you still need to heal and once the doctor comes over we will get to know about your health. If she gives you the all-clear we will take you home alright". Dr.Tanner entered my room just at that moment with a smile on her face and said," Good morning Jason I have some good news for you, your injuries are healing pretty well. We can take off the bandage on your head, however, the stitches will come off after one more week. We will put a smaller dressing for your head after your hair wash today, a nurse will assist you ok.

The bruises on your face and neck are starting to fade a bit. Your dislocated shoulder and sprained foot will still take time to heal. I heard that you wanted to go home, we can let you do that on one condition. That is if you follow all the rules and take your medication on time, most importantly you will be put on bed rest. If you agree to all these terms and conditions we can discharge you today". I nodded my head in response and said," Yes I will follow all the rules and take my medicines on time".

After that, Dr.Tanner told me that she would give my parents a list of things that I can do and cannot do. I was happy just listening to her tell me that I could go home and that I did not care about anything else. My mom came in after some time with a change of clothes in her hand with Max behind her. Max looked at my mom and said," Mrs. Hunter I can help Jason get changed and bring him to the car. You and your husband can wait for Jason in the car we will be out soon". My mom nodded her head in agreement and gave me a small smile before going out of the room and shutting the door behind her.

Max walked up to me and set the clothes next to me, he slowly reached up to undo my shirt buttons and said," May I?". I whispered a small, "yes" as he proceed to take off my shirt, Max was being extremely careful as if he was afraid to hurt me. Once the shirt was off he went to the bathroom and brought a wet washcloth. He gently wiped the upper part of my body and I could feel the electric shocks again. After he was done he went to the bathroom and he came back with a bottle of mouthwash.

I quickly rinsed my mouth with the mouthwash and kept the bottle aside. Max picked up my shirt and helped me put it on before buttoning it. I shuddered in delight when his fingertips brushed my chest softly, which made me think how far have we gone together? I kept looking at Max's face for any reaction, however, he kept a poker face so I did not know what was going on in his mind. He told me to lean against him so that he could help me wear the pants. He put his arms around my waist and gently tugged the hospital pants down, I was feeling kind of embarrassed when he pulled my pants so I turned to look the other way.

He quickly grabbed the washcloth and wiped my legs before helping me wear my pants. Finally, I was dressed and Max went to the bathroom to dispose of the washcloth and mouthwash. Then he grabbed the bag which was kept on the sofa which I did not notice before and filled it with my things. Once he had all my things he set the bag on the sofa and went out of the room. A few minutes later he was back with a wheelchair and he gently lifted me off the bed and into the wheelchair.

He grabbed the bag which was on the sofa and then he wheeled me out of the room.
