"Good morning, Philippines! I'm Drake and this is... What's up, dreamers? Podcast edition."

Nag-play sa background ang theme song ng show at naka-standby kami ng host.

Exclusive guesting ang gagawin ko ngayon para rito, may individual schedules din kasi kami ng members.

Naka-upo ako ngayon sa isang sofa, sa tapat ko ang host ng podcast na si Drake. May mic set-up kami at cozy ang paligid.

"Alright! A very good and beautiful morning to our listeners dahil kasama natin for today ang napakaganda, napaka-talented, at napakabait na si Gail ng very popular girl group na Elysian! Hi, Gail!"

"Hello! Good morning po, grabe naman ang compliments na-pressure ako," natawa kami parehas. "I am very honored to be here today to join you and of course our listeners and dreamers," pinag-dikit ko ang dalawang palad ko, nagpapakita ng sincerity ko.

"Grabe, boses pa lang napakaganda na!" Biro pa ni Drake.

Mabuti na lang at mas kaya ko nang tumanggap ng compliments ngayon hindi katulad noon na iniiwasan ko or worse, mas nagiging awkward ang paligid dahil sa 'kin.

"I'm pretty sure everyone knows you already, but just in case, would you like to introduce yourself, Gail?"

"Yes, of course! Hello po, sa ating listeners for today's live podcast. I am Gail, the main dancer and the eldest of the group Elysian. Nice to meet you all!"

"Wow, grabe naman pala at puro bigatin ang mga nagiging bisita natin!"

"Ay, grabe naman sa bigatin!"

"Nako, walang echos-echos 'to, Gail. Kasi ikaw lang naman ang member ng fastest rising girl group in the world and the first girl group to sweep all the grand prizes in last year's music awards show, kayo lang ang nakagawa no'n in two years! Isipin niyo 'yon? Two years in this industry and you already made that big of an impact? Grabe! So can you tell me how you felt that time?"

"To be honest, we weren't expecting to sweep all the awards. Alam naman natin na maraming iba pang magagaling din na groups, besides, that time is nasa Japan kami for our concert kaya hindi rin kami naka-attend. But when the staff told us that they need to film a short speech of us for the awards, we were thinking na baka isa lang or dalawa, tas hindi pa namin iniisip na grand prize ang nakuha namin. But to our surprise, we grabbed all four grand prizes! So when our staff entered holding the four trophies, we were shocked and our leader even cried."

"Grabe, talagang kapag gano'n mararamdaman mo na ang layo na nang narating mo 'no?"

"Yes, yes. Agree naman ako na malayo na ang narating namin, pero malayo pa 'yung lalakbayin namin. Kasi to be honest, we have a lot of plans din and right now, we're all focused na ma-fulfill namin lahat 'yon."

"And of course to get there, it takes a lot of dedication."

"Yes, of course."

Napansin kong mas nagiging serious na ang usapan namin dahil unti-unti na kaming pumapasok sa first part ng podcast kung saan paguusapan namin ang mga experiences ko and other stuff.

"So ano naman 'yung nagiging motivation mo and inspiration mo to continue in this path? I mean... we all know na hindi 'to madali."

"Yes, of course. Certainly, Drake. Hindi madali ang pumasok sa industry na 'to, hindi madaling mag-tagumpay sa industry na 'to, and I can say na hindi madaling mag-survive. Kasi it's not just about the fame, the performances, the work, the luxury, you know? Pero with the right motivation and inspiration, you'll eventually be able to do it. And for me, of course major motivation ko ang loved ones ko, my friends, those people who believed in me, those people who became my strength when I was doubting myself, ad of course the fans that became the fuel of our passion."
