 Wriothesely's POV

 This is unfair!

I do remember him mentioning that after the whole adoption thing, he would be more yielding and accommodating with the girls, but this...

He knows that she's lying, god damn it!

And I was still the one that had to apologize!

 Tsk!

 Stupid dragon!

 And...

Why is he still wearing my clothes?

 It's been hours already!

I can't concentrate on paperwork like this!

Even Sigewinne's glares have turned into pitying glances!

 Argh!

 Why me?!

 "Neuvillette..."

After a while, I couldn't take it anymore.

 "Yes?"

 "Please change your clothes."

 I'm begging you!

 "Does it bother you?"

 "No, not really. I just-"

 What do I do now?!

"I- I can't get what that guy said out of my head." I blurted out.

 F*ck!

 That's not it!

But it was already too late.

I could see a blush creep up Neuvillette's neck as he stiffly stood up.

 "Wriothesely, the-"

 Oh, no, no, no, no!

Don't you dare say that out loud!

 "Just keep them."

Don't you dare return that pair of underwear!

The rest might still be fine, but I might just drop dead if you returned that one, washed or not.

 "Alright."

He grabbed his clothes and just disappeared the next instant.

 That same moment-

 Bang!

"You damn- A little warning next time?!"

Lady Furina fell face-first off the couch.

"That idiot lizard! Does he not know how big of an elemental fluctuation that causes?! Tsk! nearly scared me to death." She grumbled.

 Pfft!

The more time I spend with our flamboyant archon, the more interesting she becomes.

 On that note...

 Why is she still here?

Just when I was tempted to ask whether or not she had anything better to do, she started smirking.

A shiver ran down my spine instantly.

 That felt ominous.

"Hey, you two. Let me show you something fun." She laughed.

With a snap of her fingers a recording device, my recording device, to be precise, appeared in her hands.

"Look what funny little thing our dear Iudex was up to in your absence."
