Needs, must
Wants, maybe or not
Hope can only hope
Prayer only shows up at the end of the rope
Its assumptions unfoundedDreams awaken to what is real
Now leaking air, the expectation balloon is in downward travel
It's death warrant signedEntitled plans unravel into a pile of dying ties that bind
Peace and love available to only one kind, soon finding themselves on their way to the back of the line
Angered, selfish, and childlike a smaller but nonetheless a self designNow, keeping our freedom and liberty is fine as long as it's only for me and mine
Like the movie Finding Nemo's angelfish in the dentists aquarium "My bubbles" he did declare
Could a shared dream waken to a real-time nightmare? Our Titanic may sink, leaving us as floating debris
I fear that our world could be destroyed by our progenyWhat was a long time in its building may easily crumble there because of spoiled children so indifferent to what it even means to care
