Struggles all the way
Only some come to know
Hard to stay long, though
When you get there, it's about who you are and what you know
Can't hide up there it will show
Friends in high places is how the story goes

But worth the trip to know
That circus has few places
Only a few can have familiar faces unlike the sky with many stars
It's like buying a winning ticket
Trying to cross a picket
Or crawling through a bramble thicket
Few know the thrill of standing room only on top of the hill
The low road up is steep and slow
A longer farther way to go
Struggles all the way
Only some come to know
Hard to stay long, though
The lion tamer can become a clown
But not the other way around
Much faster trip it will always be...that high road down
