Chapter 25 - Always Gonna Be You

Anntonia's POV

As the morning sun rose, I slowly wake up only to see Michelle's gorgeous face in front of me. As my eyes started to open, I couldn't help but to smile. I mean, sino di kaya ngumiti if ganito ung view mo? 

I missed waking up with this beautiful morning view, choosing to trust Michelle was the best decision I've ever made. I'm glad sakanya ako napunta, I feel like the luckiest girl in this universe knowing I have someone as loving as Michelle beside me.

I slowly and carefully grabbed my phone in the corner, trying not to wake Michelle up as her arms were wrapped around my waist.

While going through my phone, Michelle stirs as she slowly opens her eyes. 

After noticing that, I set my phone aside on the corner and turned to her as I placed my fingers on her face, running it along her face as I gently tucked her hair behind her ear, making her beautiful face visible. 

"Good morning, you." I whispered with a warm smile as she slowly opened her eyes, locking my gaze at hers. 

"Good morning, baby. On your phone so early, mhm?" Michelle replies as a smirk forms on her lips, slowly placing her fingers on my chest and tracing circles on it.

"I didn't wanna disturb your sleep, DaDee." I reply matching her flirty tone.

"What were you scrolling down at on that phone of yours?" Michelle asked. "Melissa's messages?" She added as she rolled her eyes.

 "No silly, it was pictures of you and me. And why'd you assume so fast si Melissa kausap ko? Don't tell me you're jealous." I say in a teasing tone.

"You look happier with her more than me, may pa yakap yakap ka pa nalaman." Michelle answered as she turned her back to me.

"Jealous much?" I whispered while leaning into her ear, snaking my arms around her from behind as I gave a soft kiss on her shoulder. "It was a friendly hug, Mich. No need to be jelly jelly, I'm all yours." I added.

Michelle turned to me, wrapping her arms around my neck, "Friendly hug, lang? Looks like I have to keep an eye out sa mga friendly friendly gestures mo."

"Oh come on, DaDee. You don't have to be jealous, my heart belongs to you, and you alone." I reply as I trace my finger on her jawline, giving her a playful smile.

"Such a flirty talker, aren't you? I'm still upset how you can give 'friendly' hugs to Melissa and not me." Michelle spoke as she sighed dramatically.

"Why should I give you 'friendly' hugs only when I can you extra special ones? With kisses." I whispered as I leaned into her face, aligning to her ear.

"Prove it then." Michelle spoke as she gave me a playful look.

I pressed my lips against hers, caressing her face softly as she melts into my lips.

"Is that enough to prove it, DaDee?" I ask as I break off the kiss, giving her a nuzzle. 

Michelle gave me a flirty grin, "Okay, okay. You've made your point." She say while stealing another quick kiss from me.

"As much as I wanna stay here in bed, flirting with you, we both gotta get up already. We still have work." I say while slowly removing her arms from me as I pull her up from bed.

"Argh, work's always ruining the fun part of my mornings." Michelle groans.

"We'll have more fun tonight, but right now, you better move," I say as I head towards my closet to grab my clothes for today.
