"but what if there's no one to tell?" a girl asked.

"there's always someone to tell, always. tell your favorite teacher, or maybe your neighbor. someone that can help," John said and she nodded her head.

"how do stop yourself when you're going to do it again?" I asked, causing the attention to be back on me.

John glanced around looking at a brunette girl who was looking at the ground.
"Lilly, wanna give an opinion?"

she looked up with Rosie cheeks and then her eyes met mine, "it's h-hard," she said softly.

"but you shouldn't have much trouble. especially if you have more than one friend that's like luke," she said specifically to me and I nodded my head. "I didn't have anyone to call up and just have them talk me out of it. and my parents didn't really care much. they knew what I was doing but didn't bother saying anything."

I frowned, feeling bad for her. she was such a small girl. she seemed so sad. I wonder if she was in here for the same reasons as I am.

"how do you cope then?" I questioned and she shrugged slightly.

"this," she said even softer than the last.

"guys, it's okay to be sad," I said causing John to give me a weird look.

I sighed, trying to explain myself, "there is nothing wrong with being sad. we are humans, we are allowed to be sad if we feel sad. we're allowed to be happy if we're happy. for whatever reason it is, we're allowed to feel what we feel no matter what it is. we are human and it's time that we start treating ourselves as humans."

John smiled and nodded his head, and I continued on, "yeah, so what the worlds a shitty place. that doesn't mean we can't make it better. you only have one life, might as well life it happy and enjoy it. look at all the great things there is. it outweighs the bad, I promise you. go outside and look at all the flowers that grow. check out how tall the trees are, and go to a pet shop and play with the animals. do something that you can enjoy and make your life count. because reguardless if you think it doesn't, it does."

after a few seconds everyone started clapping and everyone was smiling this time. John stood up smiling, "calums right guys. if you ever need someone to talk to, find your Calum. find your luke," he said sming am sending a wink over in our direction. "fin that friend there for you and cherish them. never let them go," he said smiling before glancing down at his wristwatch.

"we're only fifteen minutes over our time, but who cares," he smiled making everyone chuckle, "please everyone be safe getting home and I hope to see all you next week."

everyone stood, and began exiting out of the room. both luke and I was stopped by John calling our names.

"I want to give both of you guys a big thanks. never had I ever experience someone like you guys in a group before. you've gone through tough things, and yet you still try to give the best advice and help others, that means a lot to me," he said serious.

"thanks John... I think this group will actually help me, I already feel better about myself," I smiled and he nodded patting my back.

"i'm glad. hopefully. i'll see you again next week too, luke?"

luke nodded smiling, "yeah, of course."

after saying our goodbyes, both luke and I went back to his car and started driving back to his house.

"thanks for coming with me luke...it means a lot."

he smiled, "anything for you calum, i'm always here for you. no matter what it is. I this helps, than i'll be by your side through every meeting," he smiled and I have one back before turning and looking at the window.
