I was scared for when the tour came.

Six. Months.

Sure Calum and I could Skype, text and call, but what I'm really afraid of is the spark between us. I don't want it to fade away.

I don't want to feel tied down.

I took a deep breath. You won't, I told myself, You're feelings for Calum will be as strong as they are now.

My phone vibrated. I picked it up and checked the text.

Calum: I have a question for you, my darling.

Me: What is it?

Calum: Have you met my parents yes?

Me: Come to think of it, I haven't

Calum: You want to meet 'em?

Me: Yea sure!

Calum: Great, pick you up in ten minutes

Me: Okay

Crap.

What if they don't like me?

I jumped off my bed and stood in front of my floor length mirror.

Usual black tight jeans, Metallica shirt.

I grunted and pulled the shirt over my head. I grabbed a The Beatles shirt and slipped it on.

While rushing to my closet, I stubbed my toe on my bed.

"Fuck!" I screamed and held onto my foot as I fell forward.

I landed on the carpet with a loud THUMP!

Suddenly Luke burst into my room.

"What happened?" He asked.

"I stubbed my toe," I complained and looked up at him.

"Sucks for you," He said and left.

I regained my balance and quickly grabbed my shoes from the closet.

As fast as I could, I put my Converse on and tied them. I brushed my teeth and checked my dresser to see if I had gum.

Nope.

I went into Luke's room.

He had and acoustic guitar in his lap.

"Hey do you have gum?" I asked.

"Um, let me see," He said and got up.

He went to his backpack and reached inside. He threw my a stick of gum and I caught it.

"Thanks," I said.

"No problem," He replied and began making soft music with the guitar.

"Has your manager made a website for the tickets yet?" I asked.

"Yea, we didn't want them to be pricey so they're $25 dollars," Luke replied.

"For all tickets?" I asked.

He nodded.

"That's amazing! Even for those who can't afford expensive tickets, they'll be able to go."

I heard the doorbell ring.

"That's probably Calum," I said. "Bye Luke." I called over my shoulder.
