Jimin couldn't help but choke out a small laugh. Was this guy trying to flirt with him? Well, there's no other reason why he decided to hit him up in the first place.

"Me? Gay? You're mistaken." Jimin says directly to the possibly shorter hyung.

Yoongi tilts his head to the left, eyes slightly furrowed. "Am I now? If you aren't here to hook up with me, why else would you be here?"

"Just because somebody wanted to meet up, doesn't mean they wanna fuck or something." Jimin responds directly again, making the other stare at him. "Besides, my friends set up this whole thing. It was never my intention to meet someone, especially a male. They wanted me to move on from someone I loved, who is a woman by the way, so they planned this."

Yoongi felt offended and embarrassed. He just confessed to a stranger, who had zero interest in guys, to get it with him. It's partly his fault, for not revealing his gender though. But still.

"Well this was humiliating as fuck." Yoongi bites out, running a hand through his grey hair. His cheeks are in a shade of pink that's clearly evident in anyone's eyes. "But..."

"But what?"

"We can still hang out, right? As friends, I mean." he asks, giving Jimin a suggestive smile. If you can't get out of an awkward situation, you just have to divert things for the better.

Jimin thinks for a moment, is this gonna be fine? He doesn't know. This guy just said straight to his face that he wanted to hook up a while ago, but now he suddenly want to be friends?

"I'm not forcing you, by the way. I mean, you can always refuse. This is a free world after all." Yoongi abruptly chimes, reading the other's uncomfortable expression.

However, Jimin shakes his head. "No, it'd okay. There's no harm in hanging out. I guess it would help to get my mind off Jihyo." he says, lowering his gaze.

An amused brow of Yoongi's raises. "So Jihyo is her name? She must have been damn stupid to not like someone as ho--hostile as you." Yoongi, please.

"Doesn't that mean I'm unfriendly?" Jimin questions in weirdness. "Are you saying I'm unfriendly?"

"That word just randomly slipped out of my mouth." But I have a few things in mind that could slip in my mouth.

"O... kay." Jimin trails off, not really knowing how to respond to that so he just flashes him a small smile. "Okay."

"Hey, you haven't told me about yourself." Yoongi quickly shifts the subject to avoid more awkwardness.

"I'm Park Jimin, but you can call me Jimin. I'm 20 years old who is a working student. Single."

"Cool. Where are you from?"

"Busan."

"Do you have any siblings?"

"I have one little brother who's 2 years younger than me."

"Is he as handsome as you?"

"You can say that." Jimin laughs, his eyesmile showing which was the cutest thing Yoongi has ever seen in his entire life.

"Sooo.. any hobbies?"

"I like to surf the net most of the time, but I also sing and dance."

"You should show me your skills someday then." Yoongi coos.

"Possibly. Depends." Jimin shrugs obliviously.

"This is definitely going to be a fun friendship."
