The brunette felt a little out of place as he sat beside Toni, biting his bottom lip gently and fiddling with his fingers. It was as if they were all ignoring him, pretending he was nothing but air, except for B.J. and Toni of course, they were the only nice ones to him since everyone else kept sending him weird or disgust looks and whispering something into each other's ears. He was starting to regret ever going with him, feeling extremely uncomfortable being there with them. But he kept changing his mind, telling himself he liked Toni. Which he did, he really did like him.
It was slowly getting enough for Liam as he glanced over at the two snickering girls who noses were scrunched up as they looked over at him, a small frown coming upon his lips at that and he looked down at his hands, fiddling with the ring on his index-finger. He sighed softly and looked up at Toni who was too busy being in a deep conversation with one of his football mates, not noticing anything.
He then decided to just leave, grabbing his bag and standing up, walking away without a word. He was honestly so done with all of them, hating how he they were treating him like he was not even there.
The boy stormed out of the restaurant and walked down the side walk, not realizing he was crying until he wiped his eyes with the back of his hand, not caring if his make up smeared.
"Liam!" He ignored Toni's call after him and just kept walking, not looking back. That is until he heard jogging from behind him and a large hand grab his wrist, spinning him around.
The brunette gasped. "Just leave me alone, Toni." He gave the taller lad a glare, trying to get his wrist out of his hand.
"What's wrong?" Toni frowned a little, his grip tightening around Liam's wrist, but not too tight. "What's wrong? Really? You've been paying little attention to me since we got here and didn't even notice that I was uncomfortable. The two girls that were there have been talking about me whole time, pretending I was not even there and sent me dirty looks. I know I'm confident about myself but I can't help but feel hurt. The only nice ones there were you and B.J. but that's it. Everyone else ignored me." The younger boy felt his eyes water as he looked up at him, Toni's gaze softening.
"I—"
"Just save it Toni. I'm not cut out for this whole popular shit. I'm not like Zayn who fits in right away because he changed his look for some blonde bimbo who's using him. I like you Toni, I really do. But I can't do this. I broke things off with my boyfriend yesterday and I feel bad because I don't want you to think you're just a rebound to me because you're not. I— I don't want to use you for— for sex and I just, I just really, really like you and I—" The brunette released a squeak when his lips were suddenly sealed with a pair of soft yet rough ones, his eyes going wide.
His heart stopped beating, his mind started racing and his breath hitched. Toni was kissing him. He was kissing him, the lads lips moving desperately against his own, wanting the boy to finally kiss him back. But just as he was about to pull away, Liam cupped his cheeks and pulled him closer, moving his own lips with his in perfect sync.
A soft moan left his lips as his back connected with a brick wall, his hands gripping at the dark haired lads shirt. His lips parted when Toni moved his lips down his neck, teeth grazing at the pale skin. "Toni..." Liam's fingers tangled in the soft long hair, tilting his head back once the older lad started to suck at his skin.
"Let's head back to my place, yeah?" Toni smirked and pulled his head back. "What about your parents?" Liam breathed and looked up at him, the dark haired boy chuckling and resting a palm beside him against the wall.
