"hi." i smile, walking up to chris, a big smile on my face. "fucking liar." i whisper while hugging him. "where is she?" i ask, pulling away and twirling one braid around my finger.

"over there." he says, a smug look on his face.

"all my friends know, so don't try to get with them either." i poke his chest. "and don't hurt that girl. she seems nice enough." i say and he just stares me up and down. "and stop looking at me like that."

"pip!" william screams, running and hugging me. he's wearing a suit and has fake blood on his face. i have no idea who he's dressed up as, but i still did his makeup and helped him get his hair to stay slicked back. "how are you, babe?" he asks and pulls me away from chris and my friends. "vilde won't stop texting me." he whispers, opening the fridge.

"you took her virginity, dude." i say, and he shrugs. "you gave her a degrading hoodie and never answered any of her texts." i say, accepting a beer from him. "i'd be a little attached to you if you took my virginity."

"didn't you tell her how i am though? i don't like relationships." he says and then holds up a finger. "i didn't take your virginity."

"no yeah, i did. don't worry about that, i'm more worried about the poor kids state of mind." i shrug. "and i know you didn't take my virginity. i lost it before i even met you."

"i'm not talking to her tonight. i'll say hello but that's it."

"okay, and i'm not condoning it, but maybe hook up with someone so she knows your intentions."

"oh, i will." he says and i nod. "have fun tonight." he smiles and kisses my forehead before walking away.

"hi, piper, right?" a girl says and i smile. i'm pretty sure this is iben. "i'm iben, chris' girlfriend."
