"she didn't tell you why she dropped out?" jonas asks as i stand with him, mahdi and magnus in the morning. normally, i would be with the girls, but quite frankly, they're being problematic at the moment, and i don't have the fucking time.

"who?" isak asks, coming up to the three of us, even's arm over his shoulders.

"sana left our busse." i explain shortly. "said it was because of her religion." i lean on jonas.

"that's odd." isak says and i nod. "she did a lot of work for the busse, right?"

"a lot." i nod. "got us the fucking busse. for free."

"well, you just made nineteen other girls pay for it." jonas says and i shrug.

"free for me!" i laugh and the bell rings. "sorry to break up this precious evak moment." i say as even puts a dandelion behind isak's ear, to distract from the black eye. "oh that looks disgusting."

"thanks, pip." isak nods with a tight smile. "really nice words."

"always." i blow him a kiss and pull even away and towards the a building where we have science.

"did you know that sana's brother was going to be at that party?" even asks as we walk up the stairs.

"yes." i nod. "but i didn't know they were going to be idiots, like they were." i hop on his back and he looks back at me. "i did legs last night at the gym, please carry me." he nods and continues walking.

"they weren't idiots. they were defending themselves. isak started the whole situation, because i told him about my past."

"did you?!" i scream.

"yeah." he nods, setting me down as we reach the top of the steps.

"you were keeping a secret for so long, for whatever reason." i laugh. "but have you talked to any of them? asked just why elias decided to fight you guys?"

"isak was jealous, so he punched mikael," he laughs a little. "and then elias came and 'bam!'" he punches the air. "knocked poor isak on the ground."

"oh, poor baby." i pout.

"yeah, i know." he pouts as well.

"so, how do you think you're going to do on the mock exam?"

"shitty, but i'll get them next time, you know?" i laugh. "i just don't have the time to study. between shoots, working my life off in the gym, and partying my ass off on the weekends, i'm booked the fuck up."

"well don't you have chris and william's old work too?"

"yeah because those idiots did work in high school." i laugh. "but yeah, i have the work they bought off people."

"did they do any classes you're in?"

"none that i'm worried about. i was supposed to take this class last year, didn't know that, have to take it now so i can take whatever bullshit classes i need so i actually earn the blue overalls i'm going to live in for however long next year."

"you're business?"

"yeah." i shrug. "was supposed to go into stocks like william but i got signed to a modeling agency instead, so," i smile. "i think i win in this situation."

"i think you win as well." even smiles.
