Sleep

For some reason I can never get good sleep. I come home from school and take a nap (sometimes on purpose but usually by accident). Then it keeps me up at night. Last night I got some decent sleep, but I went to sleep at like 10:37 and woke up at 3:20. I stayed up until 5:06 which meant I only had 34 more minutes to sleep until my alarm went off. I went back to sleep. I got more sleep than usual but It was still hard to get that much! I think being restless and always tired are symptoms of anxiety which would make sense.......
