This July 16th is the day of The Heart Project.
That means:
"Draw a heart anywhere on your body to represent self harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, insomnia, anxiety, anorexia, and etc... Hug someone if you see hearts on them."
This is the first time I am participating since I have known about it (I have for hearts on the back of my left hand: a black one, a red one, a blue one, and a pink one).
I just thought I would share this with you guys just in case.
Remember you are never alone! There will always be at least one person who understands you and loves you very much!!!
