One of my best friends wanted me to draw a picture for her (she was trying to make me feel better). I told her I would and this is what I came up with.
To me it means that although the world around you may be dark and scary and bad, don't let it hurt you. Don't let it dull your sparkle. Shine on even in the darkest of times.
Or it can mean even in the darkest of places there can be something bright. No matter how bad something seems there is always something good.
