Chapter 5 - Sailor Moon

As expected, hindi nga umuwi si Sage sa mansion nila at sa amin nagstay. Akala ko dahil gusto niya ko makasama buong gabi, ayun pala, pupunta kami sa secret room ni Uncle Syl.

"I want to show you something, but first, we need the medallions," sabi ni Sage sa akin nang pumasok kami sa secret room.

I used my thumb to open the vault kung saan nakalagay ang white and blue medallions. Dito namin tinatago ni Uncle Syl ang mga medallions. Ang thumbprint ko at thumbprint lang niya ang tanging access.

Nasa kamay ni Sage ang red medallion with big Ruby stone at kinuha ko naman sa vault ang dalawa pa.

"Uhmm. Sigurado ko solid gems ito but there is a faint movement inside as if may liquid na nasa loob. Wait, bakit may gumagalaw sa loob? Totoo ba to?"

"Inside these gems are the spirit-like guardians. The red gem has a red phoenix. The blue one has a blue sea serpent. The yellow one has a yellow winged lion and the white one has a white dragon."

"Paano mo naman nalaman? I mean, ang tagal nasa akin ng medallion ni Magawen at wala kong alam na spirit guardians."

"Thanks to you, I was able to learn this during my sleeping beauty period. It is as if I was able to absorb your capability to see visions. Tingin ko, iyon din ang rason kung bakit nawala ang memorya ko sayo. I absorbed some of your powers and in return, I lost all your memories."

"Wala naman unforgettable moment na dapat alalahanin Sage. Ok lang mawala ako sa memory mo."

"Babalik din ang mga memories mo sa akin. I can somehow remembers small parts of our time together."

"Mga bastos na parts yun noh?"

"You are really smart, Rei. Come here," sabi ni Sage and he motioned me to sit on a small two seater sofa na nasa loob ng secret room ni Uncle Syl.

"Give me your hand," utos ni Sage at sinunod ko naman siya.

"Anong gagawin natin?"

"I will show you these visions. Now... Rei, close your eyes..." sabi ni Sage at sinunod ko naman siya.

"Okay, what's next?"

"Just relax. Take a deep breathe, Rei... "

"Okay fine. Ano na sunod ko gagawin?"

"Now... Kiss me..."

"What? Kasama ba yun?" sabay dilat ko ng mata.

"Ang KJ mo noh? Sumunod ka na lang okay? Close your eyes again... Inhale... Exhale... Relax..."

Sinunod ko naman si Sage. He will probably show me kung ano ang nakita niya sa visions tungkol sa mga medallions. Mas madali ko maiintindihan kung ipapakita niya sa akin ang mga nakita niya.

Pero bago pa ko magkaroon ng visions, naramdaman ko na lang ang mga labi ni Sage sa labi ko. It was a light kiss but then unti unting lumalalim ang mga halik ni Sage. He released my hand and cupped my face and I found myself touching his face too.

Kahit nakapikit ako, dahan dahan ko nararamdaman na umiikot ang madilim na paligid at dahan dahan na nagliwanag. Sage stopped kissing me and he hold my hand again.

"And I know you still want me to kiss you, but we can do that later on," sabi niya sa akin.

"Confident ka masyado noh?"

"Obvious naman sa halik mo na missed na missed mo. Don't open your eyes, Rei..." bulong niya sa akin.

Para akong nasa loob na naman ng isang vision, but this time kasama ko si Sage. Naglalakad kami sa isang lugar na may icy mountains at umuulan ng snow. Sinubukan ko hawakan ang snow at tulad sa visions, tumatagos lang ako.

"The four medallions serve as a lock to an unknown prison. Kung ano nakikita mo ngayon, this is the same vision na pinakita sa akin ng sorceress."

"Sinong sorceress?"

"The sorceress from China who asked me for help."

"Asan tayo Sage?" tanong ko habang nakapikit pa din. Para kaming natransport sa polar region. Sobrang lifeless ng lugar.

"I don't know where we are right now but the place is entirely covered with ice. Rusty is working on this. He thinks this is probably in Antarctica or Himalayas. It seems isolated as if only imaging satellites can reach this place."

"Sage, may cave sa mountain. Do you think it is an entrance to somewhere?"

"I think so, pero this is the only vision I have about this place. Wala na akong ibang alam. Let me show you something else. Don't open your eyes."

Sabi ni Magawen, I am powerful daw dahil may visions ako na nakikita sa batang edad. But I think Sage is even more powerful dahil nakokontrol niya ang mga visions at naibabahagi pa niya sa akin.
