It was hard saying bye, especially to Addie because I know I won't see her as often as I will London and Haley.
It's been maybe 3 hours since they left, I want to text Addie, and I will... I just think she's on the plane so I wait. We decided to go swimming since we didn't have anything else to do for the rest of the day, so we all change to get in the pool. Daniel and Jack wanted me to film a video for them, so before I jump in, I grab my phone. Just as I'm done I lean over to show Daniel who is now in the pool and right then... my phone slips right out of my hands into the pool. "NO!" I yell as I try to grab my sinking phone. Daniel hurries and grabs it before I can. Right when he hands it too me I run for the house searching for some rice to put it in, but of course. We have no rice. "What do I do?!?" I yell at everyone running outside. "Rice!" Corbyn yells back "And where would I get that?" I say stressed. "True" he says back "I think it's toast." I say as I dry the wet phone off with my towel. "It definitely got water in the inside... there's no way it would turn on now." I sigh as I walk back inside, well this just what I needed.
*2 months later*
It took us about 2 weeks to get me a new phone. I had to get a new number too, so that's been difficult. We have been extremely busy lately. We have been recording new music and traveling around to different news stations and a few random concerts. It's been crazy. I also went back home for two weeks to spend time with my family.
I never texted Addie back. Which is weird. Since I didn't have a phone for two weeks and then I didn't have anyone's numbers... we kind of lost contact. I really missed our funny conversations though, especially today. We're not doing much today for once, so I open up my phone. Today I'm going to text Addie again, well Dm her, because she probably doesn't have my new number. Yes it's been two months, but two months way to long.
I open up the Instagram app and scroll through my feed liking a few pictures. I guess Haley and London are coming back for college this week since they both posted about it. I like there posts and keep scrolling until I come across a new one from Addie.

I stop immediately just staring at the picture in front of me. I click on the guys profile and he posted a picture too. Saying how much he loves his girlfriend Addie. This can't be, Addie has a boyfriend? All I can feel inside is just plain hurt. I have cared about her these past two months wishing we were talking, while she obviously moved on. I quickly finish typing the message I was going to send to her earlier.
To AddieT ~ lives been crazy... I never forgot about you, but looks like you moved on. See you later.
I just hope maybe. Just maybe... even in the future... I hope I still have a chance. That Addie will come back. JustMaybe.
