I slowly open my eyes, feeling something shaking me.
"Balloon?"
"hrhrhgrhgrh-"
"Balloon, get up!"
"W-what.. o-oh-" I sat up, rubbing my eyes a bit. I look at Suitcase, smiling a bit, "h-hey!" I looked around the room for a moment before noticing my cat.
"Why is my cat here?" I got out from under the covers and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Your cat? This is your cat?" she looked confused, but then laughed a bit, "it just kinda showed up in my room last night, it must've followed you!"
"I-I guess that's what happened!"
She leaned down, petting her, "I-I've always wanted a cat, but my mom's allergic. What's its name?"
"Her name's Clove." I got up, walking over and sitting next to her.
"That's a fitting name, I like it!" she smiled, observing the reddish-brown tabby.
"Y-yeah," I stood up, "W-we should probably get to school, though."
"Oh, you're right!" She jumped up, running to her room, and then coming back with her backpack, "Ok, let's go!"
