Mingyu is a long-distance relative. But because we've been together since young, we treat him like our own family.

After they move in to the other country, Mingyu and I only see each other when he comes home for summer vacation. My parents always welcome him with both arms and I got nothing to disagree because I like him as my big bro and a friend.

"Oppa oppa! Look! Its raining!" Jinjin, my 7-year old little sister gasped while looking outside the window.

"Woah. Should we play outside the rain?" Mingyu said. Tsk, he is really a giant baby.

"Hey, don't play outside. Mom will scold me of the two of you got sick," I opposed.

"Hmp, unnie (older sis) is a K.j (kill joy)", Jinjin pouted while crossing her arms.

" Hmp! K.J!" Mingyu does the same.

Oh gosh! Help me! They are both annoying and cute at the same time!

"Okay okay. But we will play for a few minutes," I agreed. Ahuh, I lost.

"Yehey!" The rejoiced.

We went out and played under the rain. It was so fun, that I feel I became a little kid again. I suddenly remembered those sweet childhood times with Mingyu.

"Wait! I'm gonna get my water gun! Hoho! I'll be back!" Jinjin said and ran back inside the house.

"Hey! Don't run! " I shouted.

"Jinjin really has a lot of energy, doesn't she?" Mingyu chuckles while holding his back. I bet he is tired from carrying Jinjin for so long.

"Ahuh. I won't be surprise if she is actually your sister," I laughed. "Come on. Let's sit for a while."

"Okie dokie."

We both sat on the grass, as we watch the heavy rain drops. It made unique sounds ~pit-a-pat~pit-a-pat~

"We used to play under the rain we were young," he mumbled. When I shifted my sight to him, Mingyu is staring up to the sky as he smiles.

"Yup. I remember those times. If only you didn't move to L.A, then we might play a little more back then." I looked up at the sky too, but I can't tell if the smile I am having is as sweet as his.

"Yeah. Then, maybe, we will more than be a family, nor a friend," he replied using a very sweet tone.

Huh? What does he means?

When our eyes lock over, soft expressions evaporated. Mingyu holds my gaze, instead of feeling the cold wind on the air, there is a warmth. I tried to crack a joke,"strange staring contest? "

He didn't answer. He is just staring as if there is no end to his fascination. The only time our gaze maybe breaks is when I Jinjin shouted from afar and I turned  my head.

"I'm coming!" Jinjin shouted.

"Jinjin don't run okay! Or else-"

Out of nowhere, Mingyu gives me a peck on my lips!

Like a robot, I looked back at him. As he draws closer, I feel my heart beat so hard I fear he'll hear it. A small lock of wet hair tumbled in front of my face, resting just in my cheek, but with one slide of his thumb, it was brushed out of the way. "M-Mingyu," I stuttered.

Looking into his eyes, I saw deep pools of blue that displayed his soul. He leaned forward, and my pulse raced! "Three seconds, just give me three seconds," he whispered.

His lips touch mine. Time stopped. My heart came to halt. My breath caught in my throat.

One.

He nibbled my upper lip.

Two.

He gently licks it.

And three...

He pulled back, sat straight and acts like nothing had happened.

"I'm back! Tada! I got my water gun! " Jinjin said as soon as she got back.

That was only 3 seconds, 3 seconds before Jinjin came back and almost caught us.

Mingyu smiled at me, "Come on, let's play."

How can I play with you and act nothing after you what you did?! You idiot! What was that for?!
